Ganga Mai Ki Betiyan 12th August 2026 Written Update: Ganga Faces a Tough Battle in Banaras. Durgavati blames Sneha and asks her to leave her house. Purvi smiles. Sneha says she knows that Durgavati will always blame her. She adds that Pujari told her she was suspected by the family, so she went to the IT department to find out who filed the complaint. She wasn’t surprised to see Purvi’s name and signature on the papers. She shows the papers to them. Purvi denies it and says Sneha is framing her. Sneha tells that they can meet the IT department official and find the truth. Siddhu recalls Purvi’s words and says Purvi can’t do this. Sneha looks at him.
Murli comes home in anger. He goes to his room. Kaushalya asks Binita to go to Murli and talk to him. Murli recalls Sahana’s words. Binita gets tea for him. She asks him what’s wrong. He tells her about Sahana and his clash. She apologizes and blames herself. He says that he regrets the fact that Sahana doesn’t trust him. She provokes him against Sahana. Sahana comes and overhears them.
Durgavati tells Sneha that Siddhu knows Sneha’s truth. Siddhu tells that he isn’t saying Sneha did it. He trusts Sneha. He argues with Durgavati. She tells that Siddhu will himself drop Sneha off at her house one day. A lab assistant comes home to collect Binita’s blood samples. Sahana says maybe the doctor has sent him. Binita tells that she didn’t call anyone. Murli asks Binita to give the blood samples.
Sahana smiles. She recalls talking to Soni and taking her help. Kaushalya tells Binita that Sahana has turned clever and she is doing this to expose them. Binita worries that they can’t change the reports this time. Sahana tells that she won’t let anyone snatch her husband. Siddhu comes to his room and finds Sneha packing her bag. He asks her if she is leaving the house. He tells that he wasn’t defending Purvi.
Ganga prepares for the competition. Shanta asks Ganga to call Sneha and take her help. Ganga calls Sneha. Sneha tells that she has packed her bag; they will stay in Banaras until the competition goes on. Siddhu gets relieved. He also packs his clothes. Sneha asks him not to accompany them. She says he has to handle his field. He tells that he can’t run a big field on his own. He says Durgavati and Bhavani want Ganga to win. Ganga says maybe she won’t win. Sneha and Siddhu encourage Ganga. Sneha ends the call.
She stumbles. Siddhu holds her in his arms. They have a moment. He takes care of her and asks her to sleep. She smiles. Purvi speaks to Indu and asks why she filed the complaint in her name. Indu says she knew Durgavati would support Purvi and that she wouldn’t believe Sneha. The next morning, Ganga prays at the temple. Sneha, Siddhu, Durgavati and everyone come to encourage Ganga.
Ganga hopes she wins the competition and pays back the loan. Indu looks on. Durgavati wishes Ganga and applies the tilak to her. Indu says she won’t let Ganga win the competition. Siddhu asks Pujari and Chanchal to handle the farm. Siddhu and Sneha take Ganga to Banaras. They reach the cooking competition venue. Ganga’s name is announced. The guards stop her and laugh. Siddhu and Sneha take a stand for her. Ganga gets entry inside the hall. The third judge, Vikram Kapoor, comes and introduces himself.
Ganga meets Sandhya. Another judge, Surender Singh, passes taunts at Ganga. He says he doesn’t think Ganga can survive this tough competition. Sneha asks Ganga not to worry; the judges will like her food. Ganga gets scared and falls. Everyone laughs. Sneha and Siddhu worry.

This episode moves two important tracks forward effectively: Sneha’s confrontation with Purvi’s conspiracy and Ganga’s return to the cooking competition.
The opening confrontation is strong because Sneha doesn’t simply defend herself emotionally. She actually goes to the IT department, checks the complaint records and comes back with documentation showing Purvi’s name and signature. That gives her accusation weight. Purvi’s immediate denial is expected, but Siddhu’s reaction adds an interesting twist because he refuses to believe Purvi could have knowingly filed the complaint while her own family’s fake-jewellery secret was at risk.
Durgavati, however, continues to distrust Sneha, which creates a frustrating but believable conflict. Siddhu standing up for Sneha is one of the better parts of the episode because he doesn’t blindly agree with his mother. His confidence in Sneha shows how much their relationship has changed.
The Murli-Binita-Sahana track is becoming increasingly tense. Binita uses Murli’s disagreement with Sahana to strengthen her position, while Kaushalya continues manipulating the situation from behind the scenes. The blood-sample development is particularly interesting because Sahana is finally taking concrete steps to test her suspicions instead of merely worrying about Binita.
The emotional Sneha-Siddhu moment also works well. Sneha initially thinks she has to leave with Ganga for the competition, but Siddhu makes it clear that he wants to accompany them. His concern for both Ganga and Sneha shows that he is now fully invested in their happiness. Their small romantic moment after Sneha stumbles gives the episode some warmth amid all the family tension.
The cooking competition track brings a completely different energy. Ganga’s nervousness is understandable considering everything she has gone through with fire and the loss of her Dhaba. Sneha and Siddhu supporting her gives her confidence, but the judges’ dismissive attitude immediately creates another obstacle.
The guard mocking Ganga at the entrance is especially unpleasant, but Siddhu and Sneha standing up for her is satisfying. The introduction of Vikram Kapoor and the harsh comments from Surender Singh also establish that Ganga isn’t going to get an easy opportunity simply because she received a wild-card entry.
The ending, with Ganga falling while everyone laughs, is a good cliffhanger because it puts her biggest weakness—her confidence—under pressure right at the start of the competition.
Overall, the episode balances family drama, romance, conspiracy and Ganga’s competition track nicely. The strongest developments are Sahana finally investigating Binita and Sneha taking concrete action against Purvi’s accusation.
