Udne Ki Aasha 12th August 2026 Written Update: Sachin Defeats Gundeya’s Goons as Paresh Gives Sayali a New Responsibility
The episode begins with Sachin reaching Gundeya’s office after learning that he is planning to damage his car and business. Sachin is furious, but he tries to keep his anger under control. He warns Gundeya and his men not to insult him or speak badly about his family.
The goons, however, refuse to back down.
They start provoking Sachin and eventually attack him. Sachin had decided that he would avoid unnecessary fights, but after the goons continue to target him, he realizes that staying quiet will only encourage them. He fights back and takes on the men one after another.
Despite being outnumbered, Sachin manages to overpower the goons. He makes it clear that he will not allow Gundeya to destroy the business he has worked so hard to build.
Gundeya then tries to take advantage of the chaos and attempts to set Sachin’s office on fire. Sachin notices what he is doing and immediately confronts him. He manages to stop Gundeya and brings him under control.
Sachin’s message is clear: he will not surrender simply because Gundeya is threatening him or his business.
Laksh Realises His Mistake
Back at home, the focus shifts to the children.
Laksh feels lonely when he sees Pankhudi and Arya happily spending time together. The other children have started avoiding him because of his earlier behaviour, and Laksh slowly realizes that his own actions are responsible for the distance.
Paresh notices that Laksh is upset and decides to teach him an important lesson.
He explains that making a mistake is not the biggest problem, but refusing to accept it can make things worse. Paresh encourages Laksh to be honest and apologise to Pankhudi for lying to her.
Laksh initially struggles to express himself, but he eventually gathers the courage to approach Pankhudi and Arya.
He sincerely apologises to them.
With Sayali’s help, the children finally resolve their misunderstanding. The atmosphere becomes lighter as Pankhudi, Arya and Laksh come together again.
Roshni Feels Insecure Again
Meanwhile, Sayali brings the children together and asks them to help with preparations for the upcoming puja.
Roshni is already feeling unwell, so Sayali takes responsibility for preparing the prasad. Her willingness to step forward and help the family once again makes Roshni uncomfortable.
Roshni feels that Sayali is gradually becoming more important in the household.
Paresh notices the tension and firmly tells everyone that he does not want any arguments or disagreements during the religious ceremony.
He then makes an unexpected announcement.
Paresh decides that Sachin and Sayali will sit together and perform the puja.
The decision leaves Roshni shocked and upset. She feels completely overshadowed as Paresh gives Sachin and Sayali such an important role in the family ceremony.
Sachin and Sayali Take Centre Stage
Sayali calls Sachin and asks him to return home as quickly as possible. She tells him about Paresh’s decision and informs him that they have been given the responsibility of performing the puja.
Sachin is pleased to hear the news.
After thanking his colleagues, he immediately leaves for home.
Meanwhile, Roshni becomes increasingly restless as Sachin takes time to return. She wants Tejas beside her during the ceremony and asks him to come home quickly.
However, Kanika once again gets in the way.
She stops Tejas, leaving Roshni without the support she was hoping for.
As the puja approaches, Roshni’s frustration continues to grow. Paresh’s decision has given Sachin and Sayali an important place in the ceremony, while Roshni feels that her own position in the family is slowly being pushed aside.
The episode ends with the family preparing for the religious ceremony and tensions quietly building beneath the surface.

The more interesting family development is Paresh choosing Sachin and Sayali to perform the puja. That decision is bound to intensify Roshni’s insecurity, especially because Sayali continues to earn Paresh’s appreciation through her actions rather than demanding attention.
