Vasudha 15th August 2026 Written Update: Dev Gets Emotional Over One-Year Separation, Vasudha Faces Another Agni Pariksha

Zee TV’s Vasudha is heading toward an emotional track as Vasudha prepares to face the biggest sacrifice of her life. Guruji has told her that she must stay away from her family, husband and in-laws for an entire year if she wants to complete the Agni Pariksha and finally earn Chandrika’s wholehearted acceptance as her daughter-in-law.

But there is one person who absolutely refuses to accept this condition — Dev.

When Vasudha tells Dev that she has to leave for a year, he becomes upset and makes it clear that he cannot imagine being separated from her again. Their relationship has already gone through several struggles, and Dev feels that they have only just managed to come together.

Dev refuses to accept that they should willingly spend another year apart.

He tells Vasudha that even if Chandrika refuses to accept her as a daughter-in-law, it does not matter to him because he already considers her his wife. For Dev, their relationship is more important than anyone else’s approval.

Vasudha, however, knows that completing this challenge is important. She tries her best to convince Dev that she has no choice and that this is the only way to resolve the problems within the family.

Dev remains emotional and insists that he will find another solution so that Vasudha does not have to leave him.

The conversation becomes increasingly emotional as Vasudha admits that the thought of being away from Dev for a year frightens her too. She tells him that wherever she goes and whatever she does, her heart will remain with him.

Eventually, Vasudha manages to convince Dev.

The moment becomes heartbreaking as the couple embrace and cry, knowing that they are about to face a long separation. Before leaving, Vasudha also takes Dev’s blessings, hoping that she will successfully complete the difficult challenge ahead.

But while Vasudha’s personal life is becoming increasingly emotional, another matter is also occupying her mind.

Vasudha is still trying to make sure that Savitri does not make a hasty decision regarding Dinesh. She asks Divya for another opportunity to test Dinesh before Savitri finally decides whether she wants to reconcile with him or end their relationship permanently.

Divya questions Vasudha about why she is delaying the matter when Dinesh has seemingly passed all the tests so far.

Dinesh has even brought a gajra for Savitri, hoping that their relationship can finally be repaired. However, Vasudha believes that one more test is necessary before Savitri makes such an important decision.

She explains that Savitri should take the final decision herself, but she also wants to make sure that Dinesh’s intentions are genuine.

Vasudha therefore decides to put Dinesh through one more test.

Now, all eyes will be on whether Dinesh manages to pass this final challenge and prove that he truly deserves Savitri’s trust.

At the same time, Vasudha herself is preparing for an even bigger test. She has agreed to stay away from Dev and her family for an entire year, despite knowing how painful the separation will be.

Will Dinesh finally prove his sincerity?

Will Vasudha successfully complete her Agni Pariksha?

And after a year of separation, will Chandrika finally accept Vasudha as her daughter-in-law?
