The 18th August 2026 episode of Dr. Aarambhi takes Aarambhi one step closer to discovering the truth behind the pen drive that landed the Tandon family in trouble. While Naira continues to support her, Aarambhi follows a promising lead at the police station. Naira Encourages Aarambhi
The episode begins with Naira wishing Aarambhi all the best.

Saniya Tries to Impress Dimple

The tea vendor tells Aarambhi that two days earlier, he had given a pen drive to the police.
He says that the incident caused considerable trouble for the Tandon family.
Aarambhi immediately becomes alert.
She asks him who gave him the pen drive.
The tea vendor tells her that a woman had given it to him.

The tea vendor says that he has a picture of her.

This episode gives the pen drive mystery a much-needed push forward. Aarambhi finally gets a concrete lead instead of simply defending herself against the Tandon family’s accusations.
The tea vendor’s testimony is particularly important because he confirms that a woman delivered the pen drive. Even though the photograph initially disappoints Aarambhi because it only shows the person’s back, her decision to check the café’s CCTV shows why she is not giving up easily.
Dhruv’s reaction is equally interesting. Until now, he has managed to stay one step ahead, but Aarambhi’s investigation is beginning to threaten his secret. His decision to follow her also increases the possibility that Aarambhi may eventually realize that Dhruv knows far more about the case than he is pretending to know.
The CCTV clue could become the turning point of the entire track. If Aarambhi finds the right footage, Kuldeep’s disguise may finally be exposed, bringing her closer to proving that she never gave the pen drive to the police.
