Dr. Aarambhi 19th August 2026 Written Update: Aarambhi Suspects Dhruv, While Raj Questions Manmeet’s Injury
The 19th August 2026 episode of Dr. Aarambhi continues the mystery surrounding the pen drive that was handed over to the police. Aarambhi gets closer to discovering the truth, while Dhruv becomes increasingly nervous about being exposed. At the same time, Raj begins suspecting that Manmeet is hiding the real reason behind her injuries.
The episode begins with Aarambhi questioning the tea vendor about the CCTV camera installed at the café opposite his stall. She confirms that the camera could have captured the person who gave him the pen drive to hand over to the police.
Realising that the CCTV footage could finally provide her with a major clue, Aarambhi decides to check it.
Dhruv watches her from a distance and immediately becomes worried. He knows that Aarambhi is extremely sharp and fears that the footage could expose Kuldeep, who had disguised himself as a woman while handing over the pen drive.
Meanwhile, a nurse calls Raj to inform him about an emergency.
Raj arrives and finds Manmeet with an injury on her arm. When he asks what happened, Manmeet lies that she fell down the stairs while waiting for the lift.
In reality, Manmeet knows that Sunny hurt her and does not want Raj to find out.
Raj tends to her injury and stitches the wound. Manmeet then gives another explanation, claiming that her blood pressure was low, which caused her to fall.
Manmeet eventually leaves.
Raj, however, is not convinced.
He notices that Manmeet has given two different explanations for the same injury. He also remembers that she previously tried to hide bruises from him.
Raj begins suspecting that Manmeet is concealing something serious.
Meanwhile, Aarambhi approaches the café owner and requests permission to check the CCTV footage. She repeatedly insists that the footage is important, and the owner eventually agrees.
After allowing her to access the footage, the café owner leaves.
Aarambhi then notices Dhruv standing at a distance and talking to someone on the phone.
She immediately approaches him.
Aarambhi directly asks Dhruv whether he has been following her.
Dhruv quickly tries to turn the situation around. He tells Aarambhi that she is actually following him and claims that he was simply talking on the phone when she suddenly appeared and frightened him.
Aarambhi refuses to believe him.
She points out that Dhruv has no reason to be near the police station and questions why he would be there if he was not following her.
Dhruv claims that he has come for a meeting. He says that he is waiting for someone and insists that he is not following her.
He then turns the tables on Aarambhi by reminding her that she had told him she was going home. He asks what she is doing there and whether she is hiding something from him.
At that moment, Kuldeep secretly signals Dhruv from a distance.
Aarambhi tries to cover up her real reason for being there. She tells Dhruv that she came to the café simply to eat something.
Dhruv immediately questions her explanation.
He reminds her that he had dropped her near her home, so why did she come to the café instead of going home?
He asks her what she is hiding and even accuses her of spying on him.
Aarambhi finally admits that she is already dealing with a serious problem and is trying to find a way out of it. She tells Dhruv that she does not have the time or energy to spy on him.
The conversation then takes a lighter turn.
Dhruv tells Aarambhi that he failed to become her friend. He jokingly says that if he could not even become her friend, how could he possibly become the husband of someone?
Aarambhi plays along and says she will also tell Dadi not to get him married because he is completely mad and will ruin the girl’s mind with his madness.
Dhruv then asks Aarambhi why she cannot tell all these things to her husband, Vishwas.
Aarambhi is left speechless.
Dhruv immediately realises that his question may have crossed a line and apologises.
Meanwhile, Dimple hosts a kitty party at the Tandon house.
Avantika tries to impress Dimple and her friends by preparing a healthy dish made with zucchini. Unfortunately, the dish does not receive the response she expected.
Nandita discreetly stops the guests from eating too much of it and encourages them to try the juice and pakodas instead.
Avantika insists that her dish is good and asks everyone to try it.
Dimple quietly asks Soundarya why she did not prepare the dish in the way Aarambhi used to.
Soundarya eats it because Avantika insists, but the situation becomes even more awkward.
Avantika later asks another guest to try the paneer tikki and another dish. However, she accidentally drops the food on the woman’s dress.
The guest becomes upset and complains that Avantika has ruined her experience and spoiled her dupatta.
Avantika apologises and takes the dupatta, promising to clean it.
Soundarya cannot help but point out that if Aarambhi had been there, perhaps such a mess would never have happened.
The episode ends with Aarambhi still suspicious of Dhruv and Dhruv increasingly worried that his secret may soon come out.

Vishwas hugs Avantika inside his room. Just then, Dimple enters the room and catches Vishwas and Avantika together, leaving the upcoming episode headed towards another major revelation.
Review
This episode keeps the mystery moving at a good pace, particularly through Aarambhi’s investigation into the pen drive. The CCTV angle is an interesting development because it puts Dhruv and Kuldeep under genuine pressure.
Aarambhi directly questioning Dhruv also makes their confrontation more entertaining. Dhruv manages to dodge her questions for now, but his nervousness makes it increasingly clear that he has something to hide.
Raj’s suspicion regarding Manmeet’s injuries adds another intriguing parallel track. Meanwhile, the Vishwas-Avantika precap promises to create fresh trouble within the Tandon family.
Overall, the episode balances investigation, family drama and suspense effectively, with the CCTV footage potentially becoming the key to exposing Dhruv’s plan.
