Ganga Mai Ki Betiyan Upcoming 20th August 2026 Written Update: Sneha Challenges Durgavati’s Condition
Sneha’s attempt to reunite Madhu and Shekhar is about to create a major clash with Durgavati. She gets Vimla released from jail and brings her to Durgavati’s house with Shekhar, hoping that the family can finally move forward.
However, Durgavati refuses to accept Vimla’s presence and makes her stand very clear. She believes Vimla’s presence will continue to create problems for Madhu and refuses to send Madhu to live with Shekhar as long as he remains connected to his mother.
The biggest confrontation comes when Durgavati places an extreme condition before Shekhar. If he truly wants Madhu back in his life, he must completely break his relationship with Vimla.
Sneha strongly objects to this condition. She questions how Durgavati can expect a son to abandon his mother for the sake of his relationship. Her argument becomes even more personal when she asks Durgavati to imagine what would happen if someone demanded that Siddhu cut all ties with her.
Durgavati is furious and immediately shuts Sneha down.
This looks like another important test for Sneha and Durgavati’s relationship. Sneha has already been trying to bring peace between the families, but this time she directly challenges Durgavati’s decision. The comparison involving Siddhu could hit a nerve because Durgavati may realise that Sneha is asking her to apply the same standard to her own relationship.
The upcoming track has strong emotional potential, particularly because Madhu’s future with Shekhar now depends on whether Shekhar chooses his mother or his love. Sneha’s involvement could also bring another confrontation between her and Durgavati.
The interesting question is whether Durgavati will eventually soften her condition or whether Shekhar will actually be forced to make an impossible choice.
