Tu Hi Re Dil Mein Upcoming Twist: Madhavi Threatens Vrinda as Sanjay’s Engagement Preparations Begin
Zee TV’s Tu Hi Re Dil Mein is heading towards a high-voltage engagement track, but before Swati and Sanjay can celebrate their special day, several problems are waiting for the family. Madhavi is determined to keep Vrinda away from the engagement, while a dangerous plan is also brewing at Sanjay’s house.
The latest episode brings a tense confrontation between Vrinda and Madhavi.
Vrinda enters the kitchen to complete some household work, unaware that Madhavi is about to confront her. Madhavi corners her and makes it very clear that she does not want to see Vrinda anywhere near Swati and Sanjay’s engagement.
The situation becomes extremely uncomfortable when Madhavi catches Vrinda’s hand and threatens her.
Madhavi’s anger is not simply about the upcoming function. She has been carrying a deep resentment towards Vrinda for a long time, and this confrontation finally gives her a chance to express it openly.
She tells Vrinda that she has spent years winning every battle in her life. She has never allowed anyone to challenge her authority, whether at work or inside her family. But Vrinda’s presence has started making her feel that she is losing control.
Madhavi admits that she knows Swati loves Vrinda.
However, she refuses to accept that Vrinda’s place in Swati’s life should come at the cost of her own influence over her daughter.
She then gives Vrinda an ultimatum.
Swati and Sanjay’s engagement is going to be an extremely important day for the family, and Madhavi does not want Vrinda anywhere near it.
She tells Vrinda that simply seeing her face makes her angry because of the hatred she carries inside. Madhavi therefore asks Vrinda to make sure that she does not appear in front of her during the engagement.
Her message is brutally clear — Vrinda must stay away from the entire function and ensure that she does not spoil Swati’s special day.
Vrinda is left heartbroken.
She does not fight back or create a scene. Instead, she silently listens to Madhavi’s harsh words, with tears in her eyes.
The situation becomes even more painful because Vrinda knows that she cannot openly explain why she is being forced to stay away. She is already carrying several secrets involving Sanjay and Swati, and revealing the truth at this point could completely change their lives.
Meanwhile, preparations for Sanjay and Swati’s engagement have also begun at Sanjay’s house.
The family is busy getting ready for the auspicious ceremony. Gifts are being arranged and the shagun thali is being prepared.
Sanjay’s mother Sarita brings the shagun thali, but she accidentally forgets to keep the bangles in it.
This small mistake becomes another opportunity for the people who already dislike Sarita to target her.
Kavita and Ba are not happy about Sarita’s involvement in the engagement. They consider her presence in auspicious functions to be unlucky and want to prevent her from participating in Sanjay’s important day.
Kavita therefore begins plotting against Sarita.
And this time, her plan is much more dangerous.
Kavita decides to mix poison into Sarita’s tea.
Sarita, completely unaware of the conspiracy happening around her, has no idea that the people around her are secretly planning to harm her.
The irony is that Sarita does not even realize how much hostility exists against her inside the house.
She believes that everyone loves Sanjay and therefore has no reason to think that anyone would deliberately hurt her.
That innocence is exactly what makes the situation more dangerous.
Kavita’s plan appears to move forward as the poisoned tea eventually reaches Sarita.
The question now is whether Sarita will actually drink it and, if she does, whether someone will realize what has happened in time.
At the same time, Vrinda’s situation remains equally tense.
She is being pushed away from Swati’s engagement by Madhavi, even though Swati herself has no idea about the reason behind Vrinda’s sudden absence.
This could create another misunderstanding between the two women.
Vrinda has already been forced to hide several things from Swati. Now, if she disappears from the engagement without giving her a convincing explanation, Swati may begin wondering whether Vrinda is deliberately avoiding her.
Meanwhile, Sanjay is also struggling with his own secret.
He knows that his past relationship with Vrinda cannot remain hidden forever. He has already started thinking about telling Swati the truth about his previous marriage.

This track has all the ingredients of classic family drama — Madhavi’s open hostility towards Vrinda, Vrinda’s helplessness, Sanjay’s hidden past and Kavita’s dangerous conspiracy against Sarita. The most interesting part is that the engagement is supposed to be a happy occasion, yet almost every major character is secretly carrying a problem into the celebration.
Vrinda’s emotional struggle is particularly compelling because she is being forced to stay away from Swati while still trying to protect her. Meanwhile, Kavita’s poison plot raises the stakes considerably and could turn the engagement preparations into a full-blown family crisis.
