The 20th August 2026 episode of Kyunki Rishton Ke Bhi Roop Badalte Hai takes the story into an emotional and complicated phase as Karthik finds himself trapped in a situation he cannot even remember properly. What begins with confusion quickly turns into a devastating confrontation, with Vrinda finally deciding that she can no longer trust him. The episode begins with Karthik waking up at Mitali’s house. He is immediately confused and wonders how he ended up there. When he asks Mitali what happened, she tells him to relax and warns him that stressing himself could give him a headache.
Mitali then explains that he is at her house because she had met him at the hotel when he was unwell. Karthik struggles to remember the previous night. His memory is unclear, and Mitali uses his confusion to control the conversation.
