Bhavani says Sneha is in the kitchen. Durgavati takes Ganga with her. Pujari asks Murli to have sweets. Siddhu teases Sneha. He tells that he will write S on her hand if she teaches him. They have a romantic moment. She smiles and feels love for him. She writes S on his hand. He holds her hand and says S for Snedhu. They smile. Bhavani comes and looks on. Siddhu and Sneha make an excuse. He leaves.

Bhavani says she got shagun for Sneha, since Durgavati didn’t give it to her. Sneha accepts the Shagun and takes her blessings. Bhavani thinks Sneha and Siddhu are getting close now. Ganga returns the loan money to Durgavati. She says Durgavati has helped her when she was facing financial trouble in Sahana’s wedding. She returns 15 lakhs principal amount and 4 lakhs as interest. Durgavati tells that she didn’t give it as a loan, but to help her. Ganga tells that Durgavati’s presence is important to her. She doesn’t want the money.

She says they shouldn’t let the money come between their friendship. Durgavati agrees and accepts the money. She returns the interest amount. She asks Ganga to rebuild the Dhaba. She gets the jewellery. She says she will pay for Ganga’s help. Ganga asks her how she can pay for her caring gesture. Durgavati hugs her. Ganga meets Sneha. Sneha tells that Bhavani has given shagun to her. Ganga smiles.

She says she has returned the money to Durgavati. Sneha gets glad and hugs her. She feels proud of Ganga. She thinks of staying back with Siddhu since it’s her house. Murli asks Sahana if she asked Ganga to keep Kaali at home. She says yes. She asks him not to worry; Kaali has reformed, and he broke ties with Indu; he has really changed. He asks why she trusts him. Purvi comes and looks on. Sahana says Kaali wants a chance to prove himself; she is just helping Kaali as Murli is helping Binita. Murli argues. He gets upset and leaves. Purvi smiles.

Ganga asks Sahana about Murli. Sahana tells that he left for some work. Ganga asks Sahana to sit on the swing since it’s her first Saawan. Siddhu hears this. Ganga Mai Ki Betiyan 22nd August 2026 Written Update Review

This episode brings a much-needed sense of warmth after all the intense family conflicts. Sneha and Siddhu’s romantic moments are easily the highlight, especially their playful mehendi scene. Siddhu’s affection feels natural, and Sneha quietly accepting that she has fallen in love with him gives their relationship a lovely progression.

Ganga and Durgavati’s conversation is equally meaningful. Ganga returning the money shows that she values their friendship beyond financial help. Durgavati returning the interest and encouraging Ganga to rebuild her Dhaba makes their bond feel genuine and mature.

The Sawan swing sequence adds another beautiful family moment, particularly with Durgavati performing the ritual for Sneha. It also shows that despite all the earlier clashes, Sneha is gradually becoming accepted within the family.

Vimla’s presence continues to remain a sensitive issue. Ganga’s advice to Durgavati to let go of the past for Madhu’s happiness is sensible, while Sneha once again finds herself caught between both sides. Durgavati’s warning that Sneha will be responsible if anything goes wrong in Madhu’s life keeps the pressure on her.

The weakest part is the Sarla-Purvi plotting. Their repeated attempts to create misunderstandings are becoming predictable, although the plan involving Madhu’s saree could lead to an interesting confrontation if Vimla gets blamed.

Tej’s sudden return at the end is the bigger hook. After everything that has happened, bringing him back into the family celebrations immediately creates tension. Ganga, Sahana and Sneha’s worried reactions make it clear that his presence is unlikely to remain peaceful.

Overall, a warm, emotional episode with strong Sneha-Siddhu moments, a touching Ganga-Durgavati bond, and enough suspense at the end to keep the family drama moving.

Rating: 4/5
