Tum Dena Saath Mera 23rd August 2026 Written Update: Aparajita Finds Rakshit’s Phone as His Life Hangs in the Balance
The episode begins with Aparajita desperately searching for Rakshit near the tea stall. She is worried after learning that he has gone missing and keeps looking around for any clue that could lead her to him.
Just then, Chotu catches hold of Aparajita’s dupatta. She looks at him and asks whether he has seen Rakshit anywhere. Instead of simply staying there, Chotu begins leading her somewhere.
Aparajita follows him, hoping that the little dog may somehow help her find Rakshit.
Meanwhile, the situation at the other end is becoming increasingly tense.
Malti pleads with the police inspector to release Ramgopal. She insists that her husband is innocent and has done nothing wrong. The neighbours, meanwhile, begin gossiping about the Sharma family’s latest crisis. They jokingly compare the family’s constant drama to a television serial where every day brings a new twist.
Avinash protests against the police action and says they are treating his family unfairly.
The police inspector loses his temper and slaps Avinash.
The police then take both Ramgopal and Avinash away.
Malti desperately runs behind the police jeep but loses her balance and falls down. Rashmi and Aradhya immediately rush toward her to help.
Meanwhile, Chotu leads Aparajita toward the town mall.
When they reach the location, the security guard stops Aparajita. She looks at the mall and notices that it is closed.
Aparajita explains that she is searching for someone and that Chotu brought her there. The guard looks at Chotu and jokingly asks whether he is some kind of police dog.
He tells Aparajita that if she has lost something or someone, she should follow the proper police procedure.
Aparajita, however, is not ready to give up.
She continues wondering where Rakshit could be.
At the same time, Rakshit is trapped inside a cold storage room.
He is unconscious and lying in the freezing surroundings. Eventually, he regains consciousness and immediately realizes the bizarre situation he has landed in.
Rakshit looks around and sarcastically asks God why he has been sent to a cold storage room instead of somewhere glamorous like Kashmir or Switzerland.
Even in this terrifying situation, Rakshit manages to hold on to his sense of humour.
He shouts to find out whether anyone is there.
When nobody responds, he tries to break open the door.
His attempt only makes things worse.
Rakshit injures his hand while trying to escape and eventually collapses again.
Meanwhile, Dubey calls Aparajita and asks whether she has found Rakshit.
Aparajita tells him that she is currently at Town Mall because she is searching for Rakshit there.
Dubey tells her that she is actually at the right place because the police have identified the mall as Rakshit’s last known location.
Aparajita immediately becomes more alert.
However, Dubey also tries to tell her that Ramgopal and Avinash have been arrested. Unfortunately, the network connection is poor, and Aparajita cannot hear this part of the conversation properly.
Instead, she remains focused on one thought—Rakshit must be somewhere close.
She returns toward the mall.
The security guard again stops her and suspiciously asks whether she has come there to steal something.
He orders her to leave.
Aparajita refuses to abandon the search.
She tells Chotu that they have to save Rakshit.
Chotu seemingly understands her urgency and starts barking at the security guard, distracting him.
Aparajita uses the opportunity to enter the mall.
She begins searching through the premises, desperately calling out for Rakshit.
Meanwhile, things at the police station are getting worse.
Avinash protests against the inspector’s behaviour and asks him not to treat Ramgopal like a criminal or a goon.
The inspector once again loses his temper and slaps Avinash.
Ramgopal immediately asks him to stop hitting his son.
He then tells Sudha that his family is innocent.
Sudha, however, is consumed by anger and fear.
She demands that Ramgopal tell her where Rakshit is so that they can find him.
Ramgopal asks her a painful question—does she genuinely believe that Aparajita would hurt Rakshit?
Sudha insists that ever since Aparajita entered Rakshit’s life, he has experienced nothing but sorrow.
She says that Rakshit has done nothing wrong except love Aparajita, and now her family is suffering because of it.
Sudha warns them that they have not yet seen the full force of a mother’s anger. If anything has happened to Rakshit, she will not spare them.
Ramgopal tries to explain that she has misunderstood the entire situation.
Sudha, however, remains unconvinced.
She then lashes out at the police inspector for failing to arrest Aparajita earlier.
The inspector admits that he made a mistake.
Ramgopal and Avinash are taken into the interrogation room while Mohit tries to console the distressed Sudha.
Back inside the cold storage room, Rakshit regains consciousness once again.
This time, he is determined not to give up.
He uses a handkerchief to tie up his injured hand and tries to gather his strength.
Rakshit tells God that he cannot die yet.
He reminds Him that he is a very important person and, according to Rakshit himself, practically everyone’s favourite.
But beneath his humorous complaints lies one serious thought.
He needs to get back to Aparajita.
He wants to see her again.
Meanwhile, Aparajita continues searching through the mall.
She finally screams Rakshit’s name and desperately asks God to help her find him.
Then she notices something.
Rakshit’s phone is lying there.
Aparajita freezes.
She immediately realizes that Rakshit must have been there.
Her fear turns into desperation as she looks around, hoping to find him somewhere nearby.
She begins crying and calls out for him again.
The discovery of the phone gives her the strongest clue yet, but it also makes the situation more frightening. If Rakshit’s phone is there, then he must be somewhere inside.
Aparajita refuses to leave without finding him.
The episode ends with her desperately searching for the man she loves while Rakshit remains trapped and struggling for his life.

Aparajita finally barges into the cold storage room and finds Rakshit lying unconscious.
She rushes toward him and emotionally tells him that he cannot leave her because she loves him.
Review
This episode keeps the suspense nicely alive without losing the emotional core of Aparajita and Rakshit’s track. The search feels increasingly urgent as Aparajita gets closer to him, while Rakshit’s scenes inside the cold storage add just enough humour to stop the sequence from becoming overwhelmingly grim.
Rakshit deserves a little credit for maintaining his personality even while trapped in a freezing room. Asking God why he wasn’t sent to Kashmir or Switzerland is exactly the kind of ridiculous optimism that makes a dangerous situation oddly entertaining. Apparently, even near-death situations must meet Rakshit’s travel standards.
The police track adds another layer of frustration. Sudha’s fear for Rakshit is understandable, but her anger is pushing her toward completely blaming Aparajita and her family without evidence. Meanwhile, Ramgopal and Avinash being treated harshly makes the situation even more chaotic.
The strongest moment comes when Aparajita finds Rakshit’s phone. It is a small discovery, but emotionally it feels huge because she finally knows she is not searching in the wrong place. Now the question is no longer where is Rakshit? but can she reach him in time?
