Sairaab 25th August 2026 Written Update: Ujjaini Wants to Erase Nayanika From Her Life
The episode begins with Ujjaini making it clear that she wants to completely erase Nayanika from her life. She tells Nayanika that if she wants, she can forget her forever and will not even allow her to remain in her dreams or thoughts. Nayanika is deeply hurt by these words, but she refuses to show her pain. Instead, she calmly tells Ujjaini to do exactly what she wants.
Nayanika then tells Mini and Romeo that this is precisely why she had not wanted to come downstairs. Mini is furious with the way Nayanika is being treated. She says that the family is committing a sin and she does not want to become a part of it. Romeo also openly tells everyone that they are doing wrong by insulting Nayanika.
Mini knows that the family is unlikely to admit its mistakes, so she assures Nayanika that she will stand by her. Romeo takes things a step further and declares that he will not eat today. He promises that when he grows up, he will take revenge on the people who insulted Nayanika.
Ujjaini asks the children not to behave this way, while Mini apologizes to Nayanika for bringing her downstairs in the first place. She promises that she will always stand with the truth and asks Nayanika not to worry.
Meanwhile, Ishaan returns home. Bishu asks him to eat something, and Ishaan apologizes for losing his temper earlier. Bishu asks him again whether he will eat, but Ishaan admits that he cannot hide his sorrow from him. He says that he has no one apart from Bishu.
Bishu humbly reminds Ishaan that he works for him and therefore feels he does not have the right to become angry with him. Ishaan becomes emotional and tells Bishu that he would rather have him beat him than speak to him so formally. He admits that he is hungry and says he will only eat if Bishu serves him.
Ishaan then asks Bishu whether he is excited about their upcoming trip abroad. Bishu says that staying with Ishaan is enough for him. When Ishaan brings up Nayanika’s alleged betrayal again, Bishu refuses to believe that Nayanika could betray anyone.
Meanwhile, Madhavi questions Malini about why everyone returned late. Shuboo immediately blames Malini, but Malini says that the atmosphere was good and everyone was enjoying themselves.
Jaydeep admits that he felt uncomfortable there. Malini says that everyone already knows about the scandal and then reveals that she even spoke to Nayanika. She starts speaking negatively about Shisho, but Gablu immediately defends him.
Gablu also stands up for Nayanika, which irritates Malini. She scolds him for defending both Nayanika and Shisho, while Madhavi asks everyone to stop shouting.
Jaydeep says that they rarely visit the Basu house and he does not want Nayanika around him. Malini also questions why Nayanika is still staying there.
Gablu argues that Nayanika can live like a queen if she simply leaves the Basu house. He questions why the rules appear to be different for Neil and Nayanika. He even remarks that women sometimes become enemies of other women. Malini, irritated by his argument, orders him to go to his room.
Back with Ishaan, Bishu once again asks what exactly Nayanika did to him. Ishaan finally explains that he believes Nayanika betrayed him because he saw her with another man at the riverside.
Meanwhile, Nayanika remains haunted by Ujjaini’s harsh words. She thinks that if Ishaan had truly loved her, he would have tried to understand her instead of judging her. She decides that perhaps the best thing for her now is to stay away from everyone and stop maintaining contact with anyone.
Ujjaini then comes to speak with Nayanika again.
She blames Nayanika for the misunderstandings between her and Shisho and says that she has been facing humiliation everywhere because of Nayanika’s viral photograph. Ujjaini declares that she wants freedom from Nayanika.
She tells Nayanika to leave the house because she does not want either Nayanika or her money. Ujjaini even tells her that she can take a scholarship instead if she needs financial support.
Nayanika questions Ujjaini about accepting Neil’s money, but Ujjaini argues that there must be some flaw in Nayanika because otherwise Angana would never have entered Neil’s life.
Nayanika is left deeply hurt by yet another personal attack from Ujjaini.

This episode is essentially about Nayanika being pushed further and further into isolation, and that emotional pressure is beginning to become impossible to ignore. Ujjaini is no longer simply angry with her; she wants Nayanika completely removed from her life. The cruelty of that demand makes Nayanika’s quiet response even more heartbreaking because she keeps absorbing the insults rather than fighting back.
Mini and Romeo bring some much-needed emotional warmth to the episode. Their decision to stand beside Nayanika shows that sometimes the youngest members of a family can see injustice much more clearly than the adults creating it. Romeo announcing a future revenge plan while refusing dinner is probably the most adorable little declaration of war imaginable.
Ishaan’s track, meanwhile, continues to revolve around the same painful misunderstanding. His heartbreak is genuine, but his conclusion about Nayanika is still based on what he thinks he saw rather than what he actually knows. Bishu’s continued faith in Nayanika quietly keeps another perspective alive in the story.
And Ujjaini’s final accusation is particularly harsh. Instead of questioning Neil’s choices, she turns the blame towards Nayanika, suggesting that there must be something wrong with her. At this point, Ujjaini isn’t just building walls around herself; she’s handing Nayanika bricks and asking her to build them. The upcoming pregnancy revelation in the precap could completely change the equation and leave the entire family stunned.
