Vasudha 25th August 2026 Written Update: Dev Breaks Down As Vasudha Begins Her One-Year Vrath. Guru ji meets Dev and Vasudha. He blesses them. He asks Dev to stop at the line; Vasudha has to go ahead alone, and he can’t accompany her. Dev asks him to permit him to accompany Vasudha, so that he stays around and cares for her. Guru ji tells that it’s not possible; Vasudha has to complete the Vrath, and Dev will unite with her when the right time comes. He says he can’t tell him about Vasudha’s location. Vasudha asks Dev to wait for a year, and then they will unite forever. She asks Dev to keep her phone, since she can’t stay in contact.
She says she will go and come. Dev cries and leaves. Vasudha asks Guru ji to guide her; she will do her best to complete the Vrath. She goes with Vasudha. He guides her about the rituals. He says he can see her determination and also her sorrow; her love for her family is her strength, not her weakness. The Vrath is difficult but special. He encourages her. He tells that she is a medium for a big change to come. He asks her to go to the village and live as a Sadhvi in the temple. He adds that she has to perform the Jal Abhishek.
He asks her to hide her identity. She agrees. She asks if everything will be fine after she completes the fast. He says she will get close to a solution. She prays that she succeeds in her goal. He asks Divya to tell him the truth. She says Vasudha has left the house for one year. She tells him about Guru ji’s solution. Avinash runs to meet Dev. Dev hugs him and asks if he is okay. Avinash tells that he wanted to meet Vasudha. Dev gets sad. Hanumant cries and recalls Vasudha. Savitri consoles him. Dev worries about Vasudha. Vasudha is determined to complete her Vrath.

The episode is emotionally driven and finally gives Vasudha’s Vrath track a proper beginning. The strongest part is the farewell between Dev and Vasudha. Dev wanting to accompany her but being forced to stop, followed by Vasudha giving him her phone and asking him to wait for a year, makes their separation feel genuinely painful. His later hallucinations of Vasudha and inability to imagine life without her add nicely to the emotional impact.
Guru ji’s instructions also give the track a clearer direction. Vasudha is not merely leaving home; she is taking on a difficult spiritual test where she has to hide her identity and live as a Sadhvi. His statement that her love for her family is her strength gives some emotional meaning to her sacrifice.
Chandrika’s reaction is another highlight. After everything that has happened between her and Vasudha, seeing her genuinely miss Vasudha shows how deeply the relationship has changed. Avinash’s unexpected return works well as an emotional addition, especially because he comes home expecting Vasudha to be there and instead learns that she has left for an entire year. His reunion with Dev comes at the right moment and gives Dev someone to lean on.
The episode is mostly about separation, sacrifice and emotional consequences, rather than major revelations. The Mundwa mystery remains in the background, which makes the upcoming village track more intriguing. The real question now is whether Vasudha’s difficult journey will actually bring her closer to solving the mystery surrounding Chandrika.
