Yeh Fitoor Tera 26th August 2026 Written Update: Jeet Gets Arrested After Confronting Roop, Soumya Finally Decides to Speak the Truth
The episode begins with Jeet losing his temper as he confronts Roop for betraying the trust of innocent children. Jeet beats Roop and accuses him of doing something extremely wrong. Roop tries to provoke Jeet by claiming that he is only trying to become a hero in front of Soumya, but Jeet refuses to back down. He continues thrashing Roop until the family members rush in and try to control him.
Jeet is about to reveal the truth about Roop but deliberately stops himself. He wants Soumya to find the courage to speak up and expose Roop herself. Jeet tells everyone that Roop has done something wrong with Pihu, leaving the family shocked.
Uma immediately refuses to believe the accusation against her husband. She calls Pihu and asks her to clarify what happened. Sobha gently questions Pihu about good touch and bad touch, hoping that she will reveal the truth. However, Pihu shocks everyone by saying that Guruji did not touch her wrongly and is actually a good person.
The situation becomes worse when Sanjiv slaps Jeet. He angrily accuses Jeet of crossing all limits by beating a blind man. Jeet falls to the ground while Ridhan tries to protect him, but Nita stops him. The locality then turns against Jeet and starts beating him.
Anup calls the police and demands strict action against Jeet. Jeet desperately looks towards Soumya and asks her to tell everyone the truth. Soumya remembers how Jeet had always encouraged her to fight against darkness and stand up for what is right. She tries to move forward, but Madhu stops her.
Soumya tells Madhu that she wants to speak, but Madhu insists that she remain silent. Uma then takes Soumya inside and begs her not to reveal the truth. She shockingly admits that she knows Roop has done wrong. Madhu is stunned to learn that Uma was already aware of the truth.
Madhu confronts Uma for supporting Roop despite knowing his wrongdoing. Soumya also questions them for protecting the person who was actually at fault. Meanwhile, the police arrive and take Jeet to the police station. Soumya watches helplessly as Jeet is taken away, still struggling to find the courage to speak.
Back home, Uma warns Soumya not to reveal what she knows. She tells her that exposing the truth could destroy her own life as well. Anup brings Roop home, while Sharma feels sorry for him and asks Uma to take him to the hospital. Roop refuses and asks Krish to take him to his room.
Soumya remains haunted by everything that happened. She remembers how Jeet protected Pihu and stood up against Roop, while she failed to support him when he needed her most. She recalls Jeet’s constant faith in her and remembers how her father himself had always taught her to stand for the truth.
These memories finally change Soumya’s mind. She realizes that remaining silent would mean allowing the wrong person to win. She decides that she cannot stay quiet anymore.
At the police station, Jeet faces Anup, who calls him a criminal and says that he deserves to be behind bars. Jeet refuses to be intimidated. He reminds Anup that his own brother is already in jail and boldly tells him that the real danger may be inside his own family rather than outside it.
Meanwhile, Soumya walks alone on the road, determined to correct her mistake. She finally takes a rickshaw and heads towards the police station.
The episode ends with Soumya rushing towards the police station while Jeet remains in custody, unaware that she has finally found the courage to reveal the truth.

Today’s episode delivered a major turning point in the Jeet-Soumya-Roop track. Jeet once again proves that he will not stand silently when he sees an innocent child being put at risk. However, the biggest development is Soumya finally realizing that silence is also a choice.
The most powerful part of the episode is Jeet refusing to expose everything himself because he wants Soumya to find her own voice. His trust in her becomes the push she needs to finally confront the truth.
Roop’s manipulation, Uma’s silence and Soumya’s inner conflict keep the drama intense. The episode also sets up an important confrontation, with Soumya now heading straight to the police station.
