Dr Aarambhi 27th August 2026 episode takes an emotional and tense turn as Vihaan goes missing after leaving the house alone. Dr Aarambhi 27th August 2026 Written Update

The episode begins with Dhruv calling Aarambhi. Aarambhi tells him that the security guard contacted her and informed her that Vihaan had left the house alone. She becomes extremely worried about Vihaan and explains her concern to Dhruv. Dhruv immediately assures her that they will search for Vihaan together.

Dhruv then informs Soundarya that he is going out with Aarambhi to look for Vihaan. He asks her to contact him immediately if she receives any information about Vihaan. Soundarya agrees.

Meanwhile, Vihaan finds himself in serious danger. While walking alone, he accidentally falls into a manhole. Fortunately, he manages to grab hold of a wire and prevents himself from falling further. Frightened and helpless, Vihaan begins shouting for Aarambhi.

At the same time, Aarambhi experiences a strange feeling that Vihaan is in danger. She starts calling out his name and runs through the streets while desperately trying to locate him.

While searching, Aarambhi stumbles and almost falls. Dhruv catches her just in time. He notices how anxious she has become because of Vihaan and tries to calm her down. Aarambhi is unable to stop worrying about the child.

Soon, Balbir arrives on his bike. He tells Dhruv and Aarambhi to search for Vihaan on the scooty while he searches for him on foot. Dhruv and Aarambhi immediately leave to continue their search.

Raj Learns That Vihaan Is Missing

Elsewhere, Raj goes to meet Manmeet. He notices that she is tending to her wounds and wonders whether they are the result of domestic violence. Raj becomes concerned and thinks about informing Aarambhi about Manmeet.

However, he notices several missed calls from Aarambhi on his phone. He then sees her message informing him that Vihaan is missing and Vishwas is not answering her calls.

Raj immediately becomes worried and leaves to find out what has happened to Vihaan.

Meanwhile, Vihaan continues desperately holding onto the wire inside the manhole. He keeps shouting for Aarambhi, hoping that she will somehow hear him.

Aarambhi and Dhruv continue searching through the streets. Aarambhi suddenly asks Dhruv to stop the scooty because she feels that Vihaan might be nearby. Just then, a truck passes over the manhole, causing several rocks to fall inside. Vihaan becomes even more frightened and again calls out for Aarambhi.

Dimple Blames Soundarya

Back at the house, everyone learns that Vihaan has gone missing. Dimple loses her temper and blames Soundarya for what happened. In her anger, she even raises her hand at Soundarya.

Raj immediately stops Dimple and tells her that Soundarya is not responsible for Vihaan’s disappearance. He reminds Dimple that Soundarya is pregnant and should be resting, yet she has been taking care of Vihaan.

Raj points out that Vihaan is a member of the family and therefore everyone has a responsibility towards him.

However, Dimple continues blaming Aarambhi. She says Soundarya should have contacted Aarambhi earlier and sent Vihaan to her.

Raj asks Dimple to stop blaming Aarambhi when she is not even present in the house. He then questions whether Vishwas has no responsibility in the situation.

Dimple defends Vishwas by saying that he has a lot of work and must be busy.

Raj refuses to accept this excuse. He reveals that he had just returned from the hospital and Vishwas was not there. He points out that Vishwas is actually at home but does not even know that Vihaan has gone missing, whereas Aarambhi, despite being away from the house, immediately came to know about the situation.

Harry tells everyone that this is not the time to blame one another and that they should concentrate on finding Vihaan. Raj then starts shouting for Vishwas and goes inside the house to look for him.

Aarambhi Senses Vihaan’s Presence

Meanwhile, Dhruv and Aarambhi continue their search. Dhruv suggests that they should try looking somewhere else.

Aarambhi suddenly notices Vihaan’s watch. She immediately asks Dhruv to stop the scooty. The discovery makes her believe that they are finally getting close to Vihaan.

Aarambhi and Dhruv get down and begin searching the surrounding area.

Inside the manhole, Vihaan is struggling to hold onto the wire. His grip eventually becomes weak and he almost loses his hold. He screams for Aarambhi.

At the same moment, Aarambhi becomes increasingly anxious. While searching, she nearly gets hit by a passing truck. Dhruv reacts quickly and pulls her away, saving her from the accident.

Dhruv then comforts her and reminds her that Vihaan must be waiting for his mother, so she needs to stay calm and focused if they want to rescue him.

Aarambhi notices Dhruv’s words and questions him about saying “our Vihaan.”

Dhruv casually explains that Vihaan is his friend too.

Aarambhi then lightens the tense moment by saying that Vihaan must also be waiting for his superhero friend, DC. Their conversation briefly brings some warmth to the otherwise stressful situation.

The episode does a good job of creating an emotional rescue-track around Vihaan. The biggest strength is Aarambhi’s instinctive connection with Vihaan. Even before she knows exactly where he is, she senses that something is wrong and refuses to stop searching.

Dhruv also gets a meaningful role in the episode. Instead of simply helping Aarambhi physically, he repeatedly tries to calm her whenever panic takes over. Their little exchange about “our Vihaan” and the superhero reference adds a softer emotional layer amid the otherwise tense sequence.

The family scenes, however, are dominated by unnecessary blame. Dimple’s decision to target Soundarya and Aarambhi only increases the tension when everyone should actually be working together to find the missing child. Raj’s intervention brings some much-needed sense to the situation.

The manhole sequence is clearly the episode’s main hook, and the cliffhanger works well because viewers are left waiting for Aarambhi and Dhruv to reach Vihaan.

Overall, the episode gets a solid 3.5/5 rating. The emotional connection between Aarambhi and Vihaan, Dhruv’s support, and the suspense surrounding the rescue make this a fairly engaging episode, although the family blame game feels stretched.
