The scene involving Kausar’s message was particularly important because it finally gives Mahid some emotional closure. He has spent years carrying guilt over something that he could not completely control. Even after Seher tells him that he is not responsible, Mahid continues blaming himself, which makes his emotional breakdown all the more understandable.
Seher’s apology also feels significant. She doesn’t simply say sorry; she openly accepts that her anger and grief had prevented her from seeing the truth. Her falling at Mahid’s feet shows how deeply she regrets her actions, while Mahid’s decision to comfort her instead of holding her responsible strengthens their bond.
Then comes the episode’s biggest surprise—Mahid’s marriage proposal.
