Mannat 28th August 2026 Written Update: Yashika Discovers Vikrant’s Secret as Dhairya Gets Closer to the Truth

Today’s episode of Mannat begins with Mannat telling Dhairya that she has caught Meena red-handed. She reveals that a camera was found in Vikrant’s room and questions Meena about who sent her to spy on Vikrant.

Meena immediately defends herself. She says that she found the camera in Vikrant’s room and insists that she was not the one who planted it.

Vikrant is shocked by the revelation but quickly puts on an act. He pretends to blame Mannat and accuses her of creating the entire situation. He is desperate to ensure that Dhairya does not discover the truth about him.

Mannat and Vikrant continue pretending to argue in front of Dhairya. However, Dhairya remains focused on the evidence.

He snatches the memory card from Mannat and says that they can discover the truth once they connect it to a projector and watch the footage.

Mannat tries to stop him. She tells Dhairya that the footage is not important at the moment and that they first need to settle the matter with Meena.

She questions Meena about the person who sent her.

When Mannat threatens to call the police, Meena finally gives in and reveals the name.

Ankit sent her.

Meena explains that Ankit hired her to keep an eye on Vikrant.

Vikrant immediately pretends to be shocked and calls Ankit to confirm what Meena has said. He questions Ankit about how he could hire someone to spy on him without his knowledge.

Vikrant asks whether Ankit does not trust him.

Ankit puts on an innocent act and tells Vikrant not to believe Meena. He claims that the Salujas are playing a game and trying to provoke Vikrant against the Rajvansh family.

Vikrant continues defending Ankit in front of everyone.

However, Meena remains firm about what she has said.

Dhairya tells her that they will soon discover the truth.

Mannat tries to stop Dhairya from pursuing the matter further, but her reaction makes him suspicious.

Dhairya begins wondering whether Mannat is hiding something from him. He becomes determined to play the footage and find out exactly what is on the memory card.

Vikrant, meanwhile, fears that his secret is about to be exposed.

Mannat also realises that Ankit has ruined her plan. Dhairya is now determined to see the footage, which could put Vikrant in serious trouble.

However, their immediate problem is the projector.

It refuses to work.

Dhairya tells Mannat not to worry. He says that he will ask a friend to repair it so that they can finally watch the recording.

Meanwhile, Yashika asks Mallika what is happening.

Mallika explains that Ankit planted a spy in the house to keep an eye on Vikrant. She adds that Mannat caught the spy red-handed and that Dhairya is now trying to access the footage.

Mallika believes that they may finally be able to catch the culprit.

The attempt to play the footage, however, fails again as the screen shows no signal.

Vikrant uses the opportunity to complain that everyone has created unnecessary drama over the camera.

Mannat tells Dhairya that she will keep the memory card with her and that they should first deal with Meena.

Dhairya remains unconvinced.

He begins thinking that Ankit has lied to them and that he was actually the person who arranged the hidden camera.

Meanwhile, Vikrant also starts wondering whether someone else is involved in the matter. He questions who could have deleted the footage and why someone would go to such lengths to hide the truth.

Just then, Yashika approaches Vikrant and reveals that she has discovered his secret.

She knows that Vikrant is pretending to have lost his memory.

Vikrant and Mannat are shocked.

Yashika explains that she has figured out what they are trying to do and assures them that she will not betray them.

She reminds them that both Vikrant and Mannat have done a lot for her.

Yashika then reveals her own truth.

She admits that she once pretended to be a wealthy woman because she wanted to marry Vikrant. However, she eventually understood that Vikrant’s heart belonged to Mannat and that there was no place for her in his heart.

Instead of holding a grudge against Mannat, Yashika remembers that Mannat never abandoned her even after Vikrant left the house.

That changed her perspective.

Yashika now decides to help Mannat and Vikrant rather than expose them.

The episode ends with Yashika becoming an unexpected ally in their secret plan.

Precap

Mannat reveals the truth to Yashika and asks for her help. Yashika agrees to join hands with her.

Meanwhile, Dhairya discovers the hidden camera in his own room, raising the stakes of the entire situation.

Review

This episode keeps the Vikrant memory-loss secret firmly at the centre while allowing Dhairya to inch dangerously close to uncovering it. The fake argument between Mannat and Vikrant is a clever distraction, but Dhairya is clearly becoming suspicious—and that is where the real tension lies.

The projector refusing to cooperate is almost comically convenient, but it buys the duo some much-needed time. Dhairya, however, isn’t exactly giving up.

Yashika’s revelation is the episode’s biggest surprise. Her decision to help Mannat after realising that Vikrant loves her gives her character an interesting turn. She could have exposed them, but instead chooses loyalty because Mannat stood by her when she had every reason to walk away.

Now Dhairya has discovered a hidden camera in his own room, while Yashika knows Vikrant’s biggest secret. The secret circle is getting bigger—and that is usually when secrets start becoming impossible to keep.
