The episode begins with Tulsi deeply disturbed by the mysterious hooded man who has been raising several questions in her mind. She keeps wondering whether the man could actually be Mihir. Tulsi cannot understand why someone who appears to be Mihir would hide his face and stay away from his family. Her suspicion grows stronger when she notices that the mysterious man is wearing a ring identical to the one associated with Mihir. Meanwhile, the hooded man silently clenches his fist, hinting at the immense pain and anger he is carrying. Tulsi is left wondering whether Mihir has really returned and, if so, why he is refusing to come back to his family.
Meanwhile, Shobha discusses the mystery with Nandini and asks whether Damini’s bhabhi could be right about the hooded man being Mihir. Nandini immediately refuses to believe it. She reminds Shobha that Karan is already investigating the matter and the police are also involved, so there is no point in jumping to conclusions. Nandini further asks Shobha not to trouble Tulsi with such possibilities because she has already suffered enough. The family has spent years living without Mihir, and Nandini believes that repeatedly raising hopes about his return will only reopen Tulsi’s old wounds. However, Nandini’s eagerness to dismiss the mystery makes her reaction suspicious.
Elsewhere, Tripti becomes nervous when Subhas mentions Shankar, his former driver. Subhas says that he remembers Shankar and asks Tripti whether she remembers him too. He expresses his doubts about the new driver and feels that there is something suspicious about him. Tripti is visibly uncomfortable. Things become more suspicious when she receives a call from Shankar while Subhas is watching her. She immediately cuts the call instead of answering it, leaving Subhas suspicious about their connection. Tripti’s nervous reaction raises questions about what she is hiding from the family.
On the other hand, Karan tries to guide Sid regarding his career. Sid remains reluctant to join his father’s business because he wants to establish an identity of his own. Karan understands his son’s ambition and does not force him to follow the family path. Instead, he encourages Sid to take a chance and work hard for his dreams. Karan explains that success requires trust, determination, hard work and persistence, and reminds Sid that nobody becomes successful overnight. He gives Sid an opportunity to work with him and Raunak, explaining that everyone has to start somewhere and there is nothing wrong with starting from zero. Sid is left thinking about Karan’s offer.
The Virani family then celebrates Raksha Bandhan. The children enjoy the festivities, exchange gifts and celebrate their relationships with happiness. However, the cheerful atmosphere soon changes when Raunak brings up Tulsi’s name while talking about Parth’s death. His remark brings back the painful memories surrounding the tragedy and makes everyone uncomfortable.
