Dr. Aarambhi 2nd September 2026 Written Update: Aarambhi Fights for Vihaan’s Custody, Dhruv Stands by Her
The 2nd September 2026 episode of Dr. Aarambhi brings Aarambhi closer to Vihaan while the conflict with Vishwas and the Tandon family continues to intensify. After rescuing Vihaan from the manhole, Aarambhi faces another challenge when the family files a police complaint against her. Meanwhile, Dhruv firmly supports Aarambhi and decides to help her fight for Vihaan’s custody.
Aarambhi Faces Police Complaint Over Vihaan
The episode begins with Vishwas complaining to the police that Aarambhi is responsible for Vihaan leaving the house. He claims that Aarambhi called Vihaan outside and created the entire situation. However, Vihaan immediately contradicts him and makes it clear that he left the house on his own.
Vishwas asks Vihaan to come to him, but Aarambhi refuses to let the situation intimidate her. She declares that Vihaan will go with her and challenges anyone to stop her. Vishwas questions the police about why they are not taking action against Aarambhi.
The inspector then reveals that the Tandon family has filed a complaint against Aarambhi regarding Vihaan. The police tell Aarambhi that she cannot simply take the child with her and ask her to accompany them. Vishwas is pleased that Aarambhi is being stopped, but she does not back down.
Vihaan Defends Aarambhi
Vishwas eventually returns home with the police, while Dimple immediately asks where Vihaan is. Aarambhi tells her that Vihaan is with her.
Dhruv then explains what actually happened. He tells the Tandon family that Vihaan had accidentally fallen into a manhole and that Aarambhi had found him. Dhruv himself had entered the manhole and helped rescue the child.
Aarambhi reminds everyone that Dhruv was the one who risked his own safety to save Vihaan. Dimple and Suneel thank Dhruv for helping their son.
However, Dimple still has one major question: why did Vihaan leave the house in the first place?
She asks Vihaan whether Aarambhi told him to leave. Vihaan firmly denies it. He explains that he felt as though he might never meet his mother again, which is why he left the house to meet Aarambhi.
The child’s confession weakens Vishwas’s accusations against Aarambhi. Aarambhi comforts Vihaan while Dhruv once again explains to the family that Aarambhi was the one who found and rescued him.
Vishwas still refuses to accept the truth and insists that Aarambhi is the reason Vihaan left home. Aarambhi gives him a fitting reply instead of allowing him to blame her.
Aarambhi Gets Permission to Stay With Vihaan
Aarambhi notices that Vihaan is frightened after everything that has happened. She decides to put him to sleep and comfort him.
Dhruv points out that nobody should stop Aarambhi at such a moment because Vihaan needs his mother. Vishwas, however, continues targeting Aarambhi and brings up the unresolved pen drive issue. He claims that Aarambhi has still not proved that she did not hand over the pen drive to the police.
Aarambhi confidently says that she has proof that she did not give the pen drive to the cops.
Suneel overhears this and decides to give Aarambhi an opportunity to prove her innocence. He allows her to take Vihaan inside while the family members give their statements to the police.
Aarambhi agrees and takes Vihaan with her.
Avantika Warns Aarambhi
Aarambhi brings Vihaan to his room, but she finds Avantika there. Avantika calls Vihaan towards her, claiming that she is worried about him.
Aarambhi questions Avantika’s presence and reminds her that she is not Vihaan’s mother. Avantika then makes her intentions clear. She says that she will become Vihaan’s mother once Vishwas divorces Aarambhi.
Aarambhi refuses to be intimidated. She warns Avantika that she should be worried about something else. If it is proved that Avantika was the person who gave the pen drive to the police, she could find herself in serious trouble.
Avantika denies having done anything wrong, but Aarambhi’s warning clearly unsettles her.
Dhruv Decides to Fight for Aarambhi
Meanwhile, Kunika confronts Kuldeep and lashes out at him over his actions. Kuldeep explains that he was simply following Dhruv’s instructions.
Dhruv intervenes and sends Kuldeep away. He then gives him another instruction: he must stop Kashish from handing the pen drive to Raj because the pen drive is actually blank.
Kunika becomes furious with Dhruv. She blames him for pushing Aarambhi closer to divorce from Vishwas.
Dhruv, however, does not regret supporting Aarambhi. He says that it is actually a good thing because Vishwas does not deserve her.
Kunika clarifies that she is not worried about Vishwas but about Vihaan. Dhruv then makes a major promise—he will help Aarambhi fight for Vihaan’s custody.
Kunika questions whether Dhruv even asked Aarambhi before taking such major decisions on her behalf. She warns him that if he keeps deciding things for Aarambhi without considering what she wants, then there is little difference between his behaviour and Vishwas’s.
Kunika finally gives Dhruv an ultimatum. She tells him that Aarambhi must be allowed to enter the Tandon house that very day. Otherwise, she will break all ties with him.
The episode ends with Dhruv facing Kunika’s warning while Aarambhi prepares to prove her innocence.

This episode keeps the emotional focus firmly on Aarambhi and Vihaan’s bond, and that works well because Vihaan himself becomes the strongest voice supporting her. His explanation that he left home because he feared losing his mother makes Vishwas’s accusations look increasingly weak.
Dhruv’s decision to help Aarambhi with Vihaan’s custody also adds an interesting layer to the story. However, Kunika’s warning is important because Dhruv needs to understand that supporting Aarambhi does not mean making decisions for her.
The Avantika confrontation also keeps the custody battle alive, while the blank pen drive creates another mystery that could expose the people working against Aarambhi.
