Lakshmi Niwas Upcoming 4th September 2026 Written Update: Radhika and Veer Finally Get Nia’s Custody, But Bigger Challenges Await
The story of Lakshmi Niwas is currently moving on a surprisingly positive note. Radhika and Veer have managed to get justice for Nia’s family by helping the police catch the person responsible for Aditya Sahu’s death. Along with that, another major development brings happiness to their lives as they finally get Nia’s custody. After everything they have gone through, seeing Nia safe and happy with them feels like a much-needed win.
Radhika and Veer Help Catch Nia’s Father’s Killer
Radhika and Veer are seen at the police station, but their presence there does not mean that they have been arrested. Instead, they have helped get the man responsible for Nia’s father’s death arrested. Their efforts finally bring some progress to a case that has troubled them for quite some time.
However, there are still questions surrounding Aditya Sahu’s death. The family wants to know who was actually behind the incident and whether his death was really just an accident or something deliberately planned. Radhika and Veer have already done their part, but the mystery surrounding the case still has a few loose ends.
Nia’s Custody Becomes the Next Big Step
With the killer finally caught, Radhika and Veer can focus on Nia’s future. They want to legally adopt her and give her a secure home where she can grow up surrounded by love. But naturally, adopting a child legally is not as simple as bringing her home. The couple needs a No Objection Certificate from the family.

Isha also realizes that her biggest wish was never about keeping Nia away from Radhika and Veer. She wanted two things: justice for the people responsible for the tragedy and happiness for Nia.
Now that the killer has been caught and Nia is living happily with Radhika and Veer, Isha understands that she does not need to stand in their way anymore. She decides to step back and allow Nia to remain where she is happiest.
It becomes an emotional turning point because, for once, the adults around Nia are actually putting her happiness before their own differences.
Radhika and Veer Get the NOC
Getting the NOC does not happen without hurdles. Radhika and Veer have to take several steps to complete the process, especially because there are already multiple complicated aspects connected to Nia’s case.
Thankfully, Alok also steps in and provides considerable help. After all the complications, Radhika and Veer finally receive the much-needed NOC.
This means they can now move forward with legally adopting Nia.
For Radhika and Veer, it is a huge victory. Nia finally gets the parents and secure family she deserves, while the couple gets the chance to officially make her a part of their lives.
The Family Finally Accepts Radhika
Another heartwarming development is that Veer’s family has also gradually accepted Radhika. After so much conflict and uncertainty, the family equation appears to be settling down.
For the moment, things are genuinely looking better for Radhika, Veer and Nia. The major conflict surrounding Nia has moved closer to resolution, the killer has been caught, and the family is beginning to come together.
But this is Lakshmi Niwas we are talking about. Peace in a television serial rarely comes with a permanent guarantee.
The story may currently be on a positive track, but expecting everything to remain smooth would probably be asking too much. After all, serial stories need their twists, misunderstandings and unexpected turns to keep the drama alive.
For now, though, Radhika and Veer finally have something worth celebrating: Nia is with them, the killer has been caught, and their dream of legally becoming her parents is finally moving forward.
