Tu Hi Re Dil Mein Upcoming 5th September 2026 Written Update: Vrinda Mistakes Sanjog for Sanjay, Leading to a Major Misunderstanding
The confusion in Tu Hi Re Dil Mein is reaching a whole new level. Vrinda has already spent so much time around Sanjay’s family without actually seeing his face properly, and now Sanjog’s entry creates the perfect recipe for another misunderstanding. While Vrinda innocently believes that Sanjog is Sanjay, the situation could become much more complicated because Sanjog himself may develop feelings for her.
Vrinda Thinks Sanjog Is Sanjay
Vrinda is already married to Sanjay, but circumstances have kept her from properly seeing his face. She continues to stay around his house, yet she has somehow never come across his photograph or had a proper face-to-face meeting with him.
Sanjog’s entry makes the situation even more confusing.
Because the names Sanjay and Sanjog sound similar, Vrinda assumes that the man who has entered the house is Sanjay. She sees him taking care of his mother and immediately gets impressed by what she believes is her husband’s caring nature.
Vrinda is particularly happy because she thinks Sanjay is being a wonderful son and feels that Swati is lucky to have such a good husband.
Vrinda Praises Sanjay to Swati
The misunderstanding becomes even funnier when Vrinda tells Swati that she is extremely lucky to be getting a husband like Sanjay.
Swati, naturally, wonders how Vrinda could know so much about Sanjay when she has supposedly never even spoken to him.
Instead of revealing the truth, the situation gets explained away with another assumption. Swati starts thinking that perhaps Sanjog had spoken to Vrinda over the phone and that is how she knows about Sanjay.
So, one misunderstanding leads directly to another.
For Vrinda, however, there is absolutely no romantic confusion. She sees Sanjog only as her future brother-in-law and is genuinely happy for Swati.
Could Sanjog Fall for Vrinda?
This is where things could become much more interesting.
While Vrinda looks at Sanjog from the perspective of a brother-in-law, Sanjog’s behaviour towards her could suggest something different. His growing interest in Vrinda may eventually turn into feelings.
Sanjog already shares a close and affectionate relationship with Sanjay’s family. They treat him like their own son, and he considers Sanjay’s mother his own mother. His bond with the family is therefore extremely strong.
That makes the possibility of a future relationship even more complicated.
Could the family eventually mistake Sanjog and Vrinda’s growing closeness for something more? And if Sanjog actually falls for Vrinda, will the family accept the relationship?
Sanjog Returns Home and Cares for His Mother
Sanjog has recently returned from college and comes straight to Sanjay’s house. He could not attend Sanjay and Swati’s engagement, which has left Sanjay annoyed with him.
However, Sanjay is currently away, so Sanjog stays at home and focuses on taking care of his mother, whose health is not completely fine.
This is exactly what Vrinda notices.
Seeing Sanjog caring for his mother makes her admire the man even more, because she believes she is witnessing Sanjay’s loving side.
The irony is almost too good: Vrinda is praising the wrong man for qualities that belong to Sanjog, while Sanjog may eventually start seeing Vrinda as more than just a family member.
For now, Vrinda remains completely unaware of the real identity of the man in front of her. But with Sanjog now becoming an important part of the household, these misunderstandings are only getting started. The biggest question is what will happen when Vrinda finally comes face-to-face with the real Sanjay.
