Tum Se Tum Tak 8th September 2026 Written Update: Arya Rejects Meera’s Help, Chooses Anu’s Love
Gopal tells Pushpa that Arya shouldn’t know about their financial troubles. She assures him. He tells that he will manage everything. He goes. Meera is on a call. She asks the man to give the job to Arya. Mansi comes and asks what she is talking about. Meera lies to her. Mansi asks her to stop lying. She gets Gayatri’s call. Gayatri asks her to finish the temple decoration. Mansi asks Meera to see what Gayatri is doing. Meera tells that Mansi is getting all the sympathy because of her fake pregnancy. Gayatri asks Yash if he has seen Mansi.
Yash tells that Mansi is talking to Meera. Gayatri goes there. Mansi asks Meera to end the drama, since she is fed up. Meera asks her to relax; they will think of something. Mansi says she is getting irritated and wants to end the drama. Gayatri comes and asks what drama… They get tense seeing Gayatri. Anu tells Arya that she is confident about him; he will never accept defeat, and she knows him well.
She applies a black dot to him. He tells that he feels happy when he hears her call him her Arya. He hugs her and leaves. Meera tells Gayatri that she has to go for some important work, and Mansi was asking her to stay back. Gayatri tells that she likes their understanding. She asks Meera to come home before the puja. She asks Mansi to have lemon juice. She goes. Mansi tells Meera that she will tell Gayatri that she isn’t pregnant. Meera asks her not to do it. Arya reaches the office for his job interview.
The man tells that he knows everything, and Arya can do any work he wants. Arya asks about his job profile. He asks if someone told him about his need for a job. The man tells that he is hiring Arya, since Arya is a big asset. He asks Arya to read the papers. Arya says he has come to give an interview. The man says it’s already done. He calls Meera. He tells that he did everything as she said; Arya accepted the job offer.
He asks about his contract. She says he will get the contract, but Arya shouldn’t know about her favour. The man assures him. Arya hears everything. He tells that he is sorry; he can’t take the job, and he doesn’t want any favour. He leaves. The man calls Meera and tells that Arya left. Gopal gets the groceries. Anu asks Pushpa why she ordered so many things. Pushpa says Arya is also in their house and they should prepare good dishes on the eve of Janmashtami. Gopal asks Anu not to worry.
Simran and Rajni come. Simran tells Anu that the girls are planning for the Janmashtami function. Rajni asks Anu to go; she will assist Pushpa with the work. Anu and Simran leave. Mansi tells Gayatri that she has to talk to her. Gayatri says they will talk after the puja. Mansi says it’s urgent; she wants to talk about her pregnancy. Gayatri says she knows Mansi is pregnant. She asks Mansi and Harsh to perform the puja. Yash says Meera is busy with work. Mansi says they used to wait for Arya before, and now Meera.
Gayatri asks them to start the puja. Meera meets Arya and asks why he rejected the job. He says he doesn’t want her favour. She says she is trying to help him. He tells that she has compelled him to do this; he knows everything, and he isn’t mistaken. He says he knows Meera loves him, but her love is selfish; she isn’t like Anu. Anu’s love teaches sacrifice, and Meera’s love teaches snatching. He warns her. He tells that he can’t forgive her if she does anything further. He asks her to think that he is out of her life forever. He leaves.
Mansi and Harsh perform the puja. A man sees Arya walking on the road. He offers a lift. Arya tells that he doesn’t have money to give him. The man says he knows Arya as a man of principles. He asks Arya to sit. Arya sits in the car. Gayatri thinks of Arya. The man tells Arya that he has done engineering. He wanted to become successful like Arya, so he started driving a cab to earn money. Arya says no job is too small. The man tells that he follows Arya’s motivational speech. He praises Arya. Arya smiles. He reaches Anu’s locality.
He thanks the man. The man says he doesn’t want money, but a selfie with Arya. Arya is surprised. The man clicks a selfie with Arya. Arya wishes him well and leaves. He sees a live wire falling over Anu’s neighbour. He rushes and saves the neighbour. The neighbour thanks Arya for saving his life. Arya tells that it’s risky to have such live wires; it’s a safety concern, and they should look into the matter.
The neighbours say that it will cost a lot. Raghu tells that Arya is now poor and he won’t give them any money. Anu gets angry. Arya asks Anu to come with him. Meera recalls Arya’s words. She fumes and says she did everything to keep Anu away from Arya, but she doesn’t understand how things went against her. She says she will set a game and trap Anu. She wants Anu to get away from Arya.

The episode keeps Arya’s struggle grounded while giving him another important victory—he refuses to compromise his principles even when getting a job seems difficult. Meera secretly arranging his job proves that her idea of helping Arya still comes with an agenda. Arya immediately recognizing the favour and rejecting it is satisfying, especially because he clearly understands the difference between genuine love and possessiveness.
His confrontation with Meera is one of the strongest moments of the episode. Arya finally draws a firm boundary and makes it clear that he considers Meera part of his past. His comparison between Anu’s selfless love and Meera’s desire to control him effectively exposes why their relationships are so different.
Anu and Arya’s relationship continues to be the emotional strength of the story. Her confidence in him gives Arya reassurance when his professional life is uncertain, while his determination not to become dependent on anyone keeps his character consistent.
The cab driver sequence adds a surprisingly warm touch. Arya discovering that ordinary people still admire and respect him despite his current circumstances reminds us that his real worth was never limited to his position or wealth. His instinctive decision to save the neighbour from the live wire further reinforces his compassionate nature.
Meanwhile, Mansi’s fake pregnancy track is reaching a point where the pressure could finally expose her. Her frustration about maintaining the lie, combined with Gayatri’s increasing involvement, makes this subplot increasingly tense.
Meera’s decision to trap Anu sets up the next conflict, although her repeated attempts to separate the couple are beginning to feel predictable. The episode is strongest when Arya’s principles and Anu’s faith in him drive the story.
Overall, a solid episode with strong Arya-Meera confrontation, meaningful couple moments, and a hopeful reminder that Arya can rebuild his life without compromising who he is.
