Dr Aarambhi 9th September 2026 Written Update: Dimple Calls Aarambhi Characterless as Vishwas Faces Her Fierce Comeback
The episode begins with Aarambhi standing before the Ganesh idol and making an important decision. She knows that her divorce from Vishwas will happen, but this time, she wants everything to happen on her terms.
Aarambhi is also determined to take Vihaan with her.
She then goes to Vihaan’s room and finds him spending time with Dhruv. Vihaan happily hugs Aarambhi before leaving for work.
Dhruv tells Aarambhi that Vihaan has not heard anything because he was wearing headphones. Aarambhi sends Vihaan to check whether breakfast is ready, and he happily leaves.
Once Vihaan is gone, Dhruv warns Aarambhi that she cannot keep protecting him from the truth forever. Vihaan may not have heard anything today, but tomorrow he could learn about Vishwas’s behaviour.
Aarambhi asks what he means.
Dhruv points out that there is clearly tension between Aarambhi and Vishwas, and sooner or later, Vihaan will understand what is happening between them.
Vihaan soon returns and announces that the sandwich is ready. He notices Dhruv sitting on the bed and asks him to move because Aarambhi will scold him if he eats there.
Dhruv agrees and shifts to the couch.
Manmeet Takes on a Dangerous Mafia Don
Meanwhile, an unexpected patient arrives at Neo Pulse Hospital.
A mafia don has been shot in the back and is brought in for treatment. His armed goons surround him and refuse to let Manmeet treat him because their boss does not like being touched by women.
Manmeet refuses to be intimidated.
She stops Raj from treating the patient and firmly declares that she is the senior doctor and will handle the case herself.
Manmeet pushes the goons aside and begins treating the injured mafia don.
Raj is impressed by her courage. He notices that Manmeet has no hesitation in standing up to armed men.
However, he cannot help wondering about the contradiction in her life.
If Manmeet can confront dangerous goons without fear, why does she remain silent when Sunny hits her?
The question continues to trouble Raj.
Balbir Defends Dhruv
Meanwhile, Manju prays for Aarambhi’s life to improve.
Balbir tells her that they should also be grateful to DC for always supporting Aarambhi. He points out that Vishwas is supposed to stand beside Aarambhi as her husband, but it is DC who has actually supported her when she needed someone.
Manju immediately objects.
She tells Balbir that comparing Dhruv with Vishwas is inappropriate because Vishwas is Aarambhi’s husband.
Balbir, however, remains disappointed with Vishwas.
Later, Vihaan asks Aarambhi to eat her sandwich, but she says she has no appetite. Dhruv decides to make the food more appealing and suggests making a smiley sandwich for her.
Vihaan happily agrees.
But even the smiley sandwich fails to convince Aarambhi to eat.
Dhruv comments on her refusal, while Vihaan continues trying to persuade her.
Dhruv Feeds Aarambhi
Balbir continues discussing Vishwas with Manju. He complains that Vishwas has not even apologized after it became clear that he was wrong.
Manju reminds him that Vishwas is their son-in-law and questions how Balbir can expect him to apologize.
Balbir refuses to change his position.
He says Vishwas has made mistakes and should take responsibility for his behaviour. He also admits that he feels comfortable leaving Aarambhi in the Tandon house because Dhruv is there to support her.
Balbir then leaves.
Meanwhile, Dhruv and Vihaan come up with another plan to make Aarambhi eat.
Vihaan holds Aarambhi while Dhruv feeds her the sandwich.
Unfortunately, Dimple happens to pass by the room and witnesses the entire scene.
Her expression immediately changes.
Dimple tells Aarambhi that she wants to speak to her privately.
Dimple Accuses Aarambhi
Aarambhi goes to Dimple’s room, unaware of how serious the confrontation is about to become.
Dimple directly questions her about Dhruv.
She asks Aarambhi what DC means to her and why he is feeding her food.
Aarambhi is confused by the question and asks what Dimple is trying to imply.
Dimple responds harshly.
She tells Aarambhi that if she had any shame, she would understand what her actions look like. Dimple says that she can tolerate a rude daughter-in-law, but she refuses to tolerate what she describes as a “characterless” daughter-in-law.
The accusation leaves Aarambhi stunned.
Dimple’s suspicion about Aarambhi and Dhruv has now become open confrontation.
Vishwas Turns Against Avantika
Elsewhere, Vishwas continues dealing with the fallout surrounding Mona.
He angrily confronts Avantika for involving Mona in the situation.
Avantika defends herself and explains that Mona was on a date when everything happened. She argues that Mona could not have been responsible for giving the pen drive to the police.
Avantika also questions what Mona would possibly gain from doing something like that.
Vishwas refuses to listen.
He tells her that he does not care about her explanation.
Vishwas then informs Avantika that she has to leave the house because Sunil is angry with her.
He makes his decision clear and shows her the way out.
Avantika is left with little choice but to leave.
Precap: Aarambhi Finally Fights Back
The precap delivers the biggest shock.
Vishwas slaps Aarambhi.
But this time, Aarambhi does not remain silent.
She immediately slaps Vishwas back.
The confrontation promises to become explosive as Aarambhi finally refuses to accept his aggression quietly.
After everything she has endured, Aarambhi appears ready to make it clear that she will no longer allow Vishwas to control or intimidate her.
Episode Review
The episode continues building Aarambhi’s transformation from someone trapped in a toxic marriage into someone determined to take control of her own future.
Her decision to pursue the divorce on her terms is important, particularly because she is also determined to take Vihaan with her.
Dimple’s confrontation adds another layer of family conflict. Her accusation against Aarambhi is harsh and unfair, but it shows how easily Dhruv’s growing closeness to Aarambhi is being misunderstood inside the household.
The parallel track with Manmeet is also interesting. Raj sees how fearless she can be when confronting dangerous men, yet he remains disturbed by the fact that she does not show the same resistance toward Sunny.
The real highlight, however, is the precap.
Aarambhi slapping Vishwas back could mark a major emotional turning point. After repeatedly being pushed around, she finally fights back.
