Siddhu’s conversation with Virender is one of the stronger emotional moments. He remains confident that Sneha is not wrong and explains that she revealed the divorce situation only to protect her family. His frustration that Durgavati cannot see Sneha’s goodness makes his loyalty toward Sneha clear, especially after her recent confession of love.
The clinic sequence creates the episode’s biggest twist. Durgavati already distrusts Sneha, so discovering that Sneha is supposedly pregnant immediately makes her suspicious.
