At the same time, the Anupam Kapadia mystery keeps the larger Virani storyline intriguing. Karan, Sahil and Gautam have finally learned that Anupam is alive, but they still have no idea why he abandoned his family for so many years.
The Ganpati celebration provides a nice contrast to the growing tension. Gautam remembering Mihir adds an emotional layer, while Trupti’s apparently innocent actions keep the audience suspicious.
The real hook, however, is the pendrive.
Trupti giving Shankar footage that eventually reaches Karan suggests that she is preparing something big. Whether the footage is meant to expose someone else, manipulate the Viranis or protect Trupti herself remains the big question.
