Sairaab 12th September 2026 Written Update: Shisho Stands by Nayanika as Ujjaini Struggles to Accept His Decision
The latest episode of Sairaab focuses on Nayanika’s hope that Ujjaini will eventually return to her. While the family remains confident that everything will fall into place, Ujjaini continues to feel abandoned and misunderstands Shisho’s decision to stay in Mumbai for Nayanika and Ishaan’s wedding.
Nayanika Hopes Ujjaini Will Return
The episode begins with Nayanika feeling certain that Ujjaini will not come to her wedding.
She says Ujjaini hates her and therefore will never return.
Romeo tries to reassure her.
He reminds Nayanika that Ujjaini is her daughter and believes she cannot truly hate her.
Bishu also encourages Nayanika to have faith.
He explains that sometimes God puts people through difficult situations before revealing the reason behind them.
Maria agrees with him.
She tells Nayanika not to worry because God must have planned something better for her.
Maria firmly believes that Ujjaini will eventually return to Nayanika.
Bishu also expresses complete faith that God will reunite Nayanika’s family.
Nayanika Appreciates Shisho
Meanwhile, Ishaan shows everyone the dress he has bought for Ujjaini.
Shisho explains that they had gone shopping for Ujjaini while Nayanika was selecting a dress for Mini.
Nayanika is touched when she sees the beautiful dress and jewellery chosen for Ujjaini.
She says Ujjaini is fortunate to have a partner like Shisho.
Nayanika asks Shisho to resolve his differences with Ujjaini.
She explains that Ujjaini had a painful childhood, which is why she sees certain things differently.
Shisho understands her point.
He says Ujjaini will eventually emerge as a different person.
He believes that Ujjaini has a pure heart but needs to change some of her ways.
Nayanika says she wants only one thing — to have Ujjaini with her.
Ishaan assures her that Ujjaini will definitely come.
Ujjaini Questions Shisho
Later, Ujjaini speaks to Shisho.
She questions why he cannot return before the 12th and wonders whether something special is happening on that day.
She asks whether Nayanika is getting married.
Shisho calmly tells her that there is nothing wrong with Nayanika marrying Ishaan.
He explains that Nayanika and Ishaan love each other and want to spend their lives together.
He also believes that their marriage is ultimately better for Ujjaini.
Ujjaini immediately asks him to stop.
She says she does not want anyone deciding what is better for her.
Shisho tells her that he will not return without attending the wedding.
Ujjaini Feels Abandoned
Ujjaini assumes that Shisho must be enjoying himself in Mumbai.
Shisho explains that he wants to be part of Nayanika’s important day.
Ujjaini asks whether he does not care that she is alone.
Shisho reminds her that Nayanika came to Mumbai because of Ujjaini in the first place.
Ujjaini argues that Nayanika would have gone to Ishaan even if she had never asked her to leave the house.
Shisho becomes upset and tells her that if she cannot say something good, she should at least stop saying hurtful things.
Ujjaini then reveals what is really bothering her.
She feels that Shisho is no longer interested in her.
She even suspects that he may have someone else in his life.
Shisho asks her not to speak nonsense.
Ujjaini questions whether he even wants to continue their relationship.
She complains that Shisho does not respect her and believes she is a bad person.
Shisho insists that he still has hope that Ujjaini will eventually understand everyone.
However, Ujjaini disconnects the call.
The Family Wants Ujjaini at the Wedding
Meanwhile, Mini asks whether Ujjaini will actually attend Nayanika’s wedding.
Gablu says that Shisho is a good person but feels Ujjaini treats him badly.
He also points out that Ishaan genuinely cares about Ujjaini.
Mini remains hopeful that Ujjaini will eventually understand everything.
Later, Romeo says that he wants Ujjaini to be present at Nayanika’s wedding.
Mini asks Shisho to convince Ujjaini to come.
Shisho, however, refuses to pressure her.
He says Ujjaini should make the decision herself.
The episode ends with the family hoping that Ujjaini will choose to return, while Ujjaini remains emotionally distant and hurt.

This episode focuses less on dramatic confrontations and more on the emotional distance between Ujjaini and the people who still care about her.
Nayanika continues to hope that her daughter will return, while everyone around her tries to keep that hope alive.
Shisho’s position is particularly interesting.
He understands that Ujjaini has issues from her past, but he also refuses to blindly justify her behaviour. At the same time, he does not force her to attend the wedding.
His decision to tell Mini that Ujjaini must choose for herself is important.
Ujjaini, unfortunately, interprets his decision very differently.
She sees his commitment to Nayanika’s wedding as proof that he is moving away from her. Her insecurity becomes so strong that she even suspects another woman has entered his life.
The upcoming wedding could therefore become a major emotional turning point.
Everyone wants Ujjaini there, but the bigger question is whether Ujjaini herself will finally take the step toward her mother.
