Dr. Aarambhi 14th September 2026 Written Update: Vishwas Blames Aarambhi as Dhruv Plans Ganesh Puja
The 14th September 2026 episode of Dr. Aarambhi continues to expose the growing cracks inside the family as Vishwas struggles to deal with his humiliation and anger. While he blames Aarambhi for ruining his life, she refuses to be pulled into his drama and instead prepares to return to her professional responsibilities.
Meanwhile, Raj continues working on his plan to uncover the truth about Manmeet and Sunny, while Dhruv’s support for Aarambhi becomes increasingly noticeable.
Vishwas Regrets His Decision About Aarambhi
The episode begins with Vishwas thinking about everything that has happened recently.
He feels that Aarambhi has humiliated him repeatedly and now believes Avanthika was right about her. Vishwas regrets not divorcing Aarambhi earlier and feels that he made the wrong decision by continuing their relationship.
He also remembers Dimple’s voice message, which adds fuel to his already troubled state of mind.
Vishwas is clearly unable to accept that Aarambhi is no longer afraid of confronting him.
Raj Tries to Uncover Manmeet and Sunny’s Secret
Meanwhile, Raj is helping Manmeet treat a patient at the hospital. However, his mind is focused on something else.
Raj plans to place a tracking device on Manmeet’s coat so that he can find out what is really happening between her and Sunny. Seeing the bruises on Manmeet makes him emotional, but it also strengthens his determination to discover the truth.
A nurse then informs Manmeet that Kunika has arrived at the hospital. Manmeet excuses herself to meet her, while Raj remains determined to continue his investigation.
He clearly believes that there is much more to the situation than what everyone knows.
Aarambhi Returns to Hospital Duty
Later, Sunil learns that Nandita has gone to her maternal home and will return after four days.
At home, Aarambhi serves breakfast to Sunil. Dhruv greets him and happily mentions that Ms. Aarambhi is back on duty.
Dhruv praises Aarambhi’s cooking, saying that she always prepares delicious food. His compliments immediately irritate Dimple.
Aarambhi offers Dimple a smoothie, but she refuses it. Dhruv happily offers to drink it instead, once again praising the food.
The atmosphere changes when Sunil discusses Aarambhi’s return to the hospital.
He tells her that the hospital is currently in a difficult situation because of Avanthika’s scandal and is under observation. He believes Aarambhi needs to resume her duties because she has already been away for a long time.
Dimple Questions Aarambhi’s Return
Dimple objects to Sunil’s decision.
She questions how he can ask Aarambhi to return to work after everything that has happened.
Sunil, however, reminds her that Aarambhi is a doctor and treating patients is her responsibility. If necessary, another doctor can be brought in to replace Avanthika.
Dhruv again supports Aarambhi, but Dimple insists that Aarambhi should focus on taking care of the house.
Sunil reminds her that Aarambhi is already doing that as well.
He then asks about Vishwas.
That is when Vishwas arrives home in an intoxicated condition.
Drunk Vishwas Blames Aarambhi
Vishwas tells Sunil that he never wanted Aarambhi to be appointed to their hospital. According to him, he was forced into the decision.
Aarambhi remembers how Vishwas had previously tried every possible way to prevent her from getting the job.
Vishwas then loses his balance and falls.
Dimple immediately helps him up.
He starts accusing Aarambhi of deliberately joining the hospital only to humiliate him. Sunil questions him about drinking, but Vishwas turns the conversation toward his marriage.
He complains that Sunil never allowed him to divorce Aarambhi.
Sunil makes his position clear: he still will not allow Vishwas to divorce her.
Vishwas becomes even more emotional. He says Sunil has ruined his life and that he does not want to live with Aarambhi anymore.
He declares that he wants to marry someone who actually deserves him — someone who loves him and can be the partner he wants.
Sunil then asks him directly who he has in mind.
Dhruv immediately becomes suspicious that Vishwas may finally reveal his connection with Avanthika.

Dhruv then reminds Sunil that they have an important meeting to attend.

Dimple again complains about Vishwas’s condition, but Sunil firmly tells her to take care of her son.
He also criticises her parenting, making it clear that Vishwas’s current behaviour is partly the result of how he was raised.

Aarambhi Suspects Dhruv Is Hiding Something
Before the episode ends, Aarambhi checks Vihaan’s notebook.
Something catches her attention, making her suspicious that Dhruv may be hiding something from her.

This episode keeps the momentum going after Vishwas’s violent confrontation with Aarambhi.
Vishwas’s drunken breakdown shows that he is increasingly losing control. His claim that he wants a partner who loves him also raises the obvious question of whether he is preparing to openly reveal someone else in his life.
Aarambhi, meanwhile, refuses to stoop to his level. Even when Dimple tries to stop her, she instinctively focuses on Vishwas as a patient rather than allowing their personal conflict to interfere with her medical judgment.
Sunil’s reaction is another highlight. He finally calls out Dimple instead of allowing her to blindly defend Vishwas.
Raj’s parallel investigation also keeps the Manmeet-Sunny mystery alive, while Aarambhi noticing that Dhruv may be hiding something gives the family track another layer.
The upcoming Ganesh Puja could bring everyone together, but considering the current tensions, peace in this house is probably going to last about five minutes.
