Yeh Fitoor Tera 14th September 2026 Written Update: Jeet Defends Soumya as Sarthak Gets Jealous

The latest episode of Yeh Fitoor Tera brings an interesting mix of romance, family pressure and hockey drama. While Anup’s family tries to push Soumya and Sarthak closer through a planned date, Jeet becomes her unlikely dating adviser. Meanwhile, Ridhan struggles with his feelings for Soumya, and Sarthak’s growing jealousy hints at trouble ahead.

Krish Suggests a Date for Soumya and Sarthak

The episode begins with Anup feeling restless and worried.

Uma tries to calm him down, while Krish explains that things have not been easy for Soumya. She has been dealing with several problems and has also been spending more time around the boys.

Krish comes up with an idea.

He suggests sending Soumya and Sarthak on a date so they can understand each other better.

Madhu and Uma are surprised by the suggestion, but Anup already seems aware of the plan.

Krish then suggests arranging the date at their own house instead of sending Soumya somewhere outside.

He feels Soumya will be more comfortable and safe at home.

Madhu and Uma agree.

Krish also thanks Jeet for helping with the plan.

Soumya Decides to Give Sarthak a Chance

Madhu later talks to Soumya about the date.

She encourages her to give Sarthak a chance but makes one thing clear — Soumya’s consent matters most.

Nobody wants to force her into a relationship.

Soumya starts wondering what she should wear.

She asks Madhu which suit she should choose to meet Sarthak.

She admits that she feels she has no choice because her father wants her to meet him.

Eventually, Soumya decides that perhaps she should at least give the date a chance.

At the same time, she realizes that she needs to become stronger and change herself to deal with everything happening around her.

Jeet Becomes Soumya’s Dating Expert

Soumya heads to the terrace and begins practicing hockey.

Jeet arrives and decides to help her.

He gives her suggestions about her hockey technique, but their conversation soon turns toward her upcoming date.

Jeet confidently acts like a dating expert.

He claims that girls are impressed by him whenever they go on dates with him.

Soumya immediately becomes suspicious.

She points out that Jeet seems to know everything about dating.

She jokingly calls him the expert while calling herself the fool.

Their conversation gives the episode a lighter moment.

Ridhan’s Feelings Come Out

Meanwhile, Dadi tries to stop Nitu from crying.

Nitu is upset because Anup rejected the alliance and she does not know what to do next.

Ridhan soon learns that Nitu has gone to meet Anup.

When he questions her, Nitu reveals that she wants Soumya to marry Ridhan.

Ridhan, however, does not want Soumya to feel that he is being insensitive toward her current situation.

Dadi understands his feelings.

She tells Ridhan that his mother is helpless and that nobody wants to see him suffer.

She advises him not to keep hiding his emotions.

Ridhan finally tells Dadi that he will only move forward with the marriage if she gives him her consent.

Jeet’s Dating Advice Is Exposed

Soumya later apologizes to Jeet for taking his dating advice so seriously.

Jeet becomes nervous.

He admits that he has never actually been on a date.

Still trying to maintain his expert image, Jeet says dating is like engineering and should be easy to understand.

But when Soumya asks him to explain, Jeet struggles.

He eventually gives her his definition of a date.

According to him, a boy and girl meet at a restaurant, order two coffees, but receive only one coffee and end up sharing it.

Soumya immediately realizes that Jeet is simply describing a scene from a movie.

Jeet reluctantly admits that she is right.

Soumya laughs and calls him a “pookie don.”

Jeet’s confidence disappears instantly.

He reminds Soumya that he is her senior and asks her to behave properly.

He becomes visibly shy as Soumya continues teasing him.

Their playful moment ends when Soumya’s hockey stick gets stuck on Jeet’s hand.

Soumya Loses Confidence on the Hockey Ground

The next day, Ridhan begins his practice session.

Soumya arrives at the ground but starts feeling insecure when she sees the other girls playing confidently.

She begins comparing herself to them.

Her doubts return, and she wonders whether she will actually be able to manage everything.

Meanwhile, she notices Jeet apparently starting his own “dating practice.”

He meets the girls one by one and soon becomes completely exhausted.

Jeet Becomes the Centre of Attention

Eventually, Jeet allows the girls to sit beside him.

Soumya watches the scene.

She then shoots the hockey ball near Jeet, immediately grabbing everyone’s attention.

The girls become excited at the thought of getting a chance to go on a date with Jeet.

However, Reva confidently tells them that they should focus on winning the game first.

Only after that should they think about going for coffee with Jeet.

Jeet is impressed by Reva’s confidence.

Reva boldly declares that the girls are going to win.

Sarthak Gets Jealous

Just then, Sarthak arrives to support Soumya.

His attention immediately shifts toward Jeet.

He watches him suspiciously.

Sarthak then speaks to Ridhan and objects to him calling Soumya by the nickname “Sumo.”

His reaction reveals his growing possessiveness.

The tension surrounding Soumya is clearly increasing.

She now has Sarthak’s expectations on one side, Ridhan’s feelings on another and Jeet increasingly involved in her life.

Precap

In the upcoming episode, Sarthak forcibly touches Soumya, leaving her uncomfortable.

Jeet immediately steps in to defend her and confronts Sarthak.

Meanwhile, Sarthak’s mother humiliates Anup and Soumya, making the situation even more tense.

The confrontation could become a major turning point for Soumya as she is forced to deal with Sarthak’s behaviour and his family’s attitude.

Episode Review

This episode successfully balances the lighter Jeet-Soumya moments with the more serious relationship drama.

The funniest part is undoubtedly Jeet pretending to be a dating expert when he has never actually been on a date. Soumya quickly catches him using a movie scene as his expert knowledge, and their teasing gives their friendship a charming quality.

At the same time, Ridhan’s conversation with Dadi is important.

He clearly has feelings for Soumya but refuses to rush her when she is already struggling emotionally. His decision to seek Dadi’s consent before moving forward shows that he understands the seriousness of the situation.

Soumya’s hockey journey also continues to be significant.

Seeing the other girls play confidently makes her doubt herself, but Jeet and Ridhan remain part of the support system around her.

The biggest concern, however, is Sarthak.

His jealousy over Jeet and even his objection to Ridhan calling Soumya “Sumo” suggest that his behaviour is becoming increasingly possessive.

The precap takes that concern further.

Jeet stepping in when Sarthak crosses a line could bring their rivalry into the open.

With Soumya’s hockey comeback gaining momentum and her personal life becoming increasingly complicated, the upcoming episodes promise plenty of drama.

Overall Rating: 4.5/5
