Nayanika’s biggest decision is not choosing between Neil and Ishaan; it is choosing not to return to a relationship she has already left behind.
The best part of the episode, however, is Ishaan’s conversation with Ujjaini.
He does not attack her or force her to forgive Nayanika. Instead, he shares his own painful family experience and shows her that broken relationships can sometimes heal.
His argument that Nayanika’s happiness is incomplete without Ujjaini finally gets through to her.
Ujjaini deciding to travel to Mumbai is therefore a meaningful development and could completely change the atmosphere around the wedding.
