Mahid repeatedly insists that Seher is no longer his responsibility, yet his actions suggest the exact opposite. He worries about her reputation, questions her marriage and immediately feels guilty when she gets hurt.
Mahid says he has no rights over Seher, but his concern keeps exposing the feelings he refuses to acknowledge.
The secret investigation against Husna also moves forward nicely. Seher’s decision to search Husna’s room gives the story a strong suspense track, while Nazima’s attempt to get Khan’s help could provide the breakthrough they need.
Haider and Husna teaming up against Seher creates another obstacle, particularly because Insha is also being pulled into their plan.
The final scene between Mahid and Seher brings the emotional tension back to the centre. Even in the middle of their argument, Seher’s first concern is Mahid’s injury, while Mahid cannot hide his guilt when she gets hurt.
