The 15th September 2026 episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai brings the Teej celebrations closer while Myra struggles to hide her feelings for Kabir. Armaan and Abhira remain completely unaware that Myra is fasting and secretly meeting Kabir, while Armaan eventually mistakes Kabir for a stalker.

Armaan Stops Manisha from Influencing Myra
The episode begins with Armaan questioning Manisha about what she is trying to tell Myra.

She is fasting too.

At the Damani house, the Teej celebrations continue.
Raghav helps Nandani break her fast.
Bhairvi asks Samar and Tanya to pray together as well.
Tanya feels they should not rush things and prefers taking their relationship slowly.
Kabir then suggests that Raghav should also fast for Nandani.
Nandani finds the idea sweet but says husbands normally do not fast for their wives.
Tanya points out that the men in the Poddar family fast too.
The Damanis are left surprised by the tradition.

This episode does a good job of building toward Myra’s inevitable confession without rushing it.
The strongest part is the contrast between Armaan and Abhira’s relationship and Myra’s growing feelings for Kabir. Myra watches them closely, admires their bond and is clearly trying to understand what love means for her own life.
At the same time, her lies are becoming increasingly difficult to maintain.
Myra can hide Kabir, avoid coffee and pretend she is shopping for kesar, but she cannot hide her feelings forever.
The accidental Teej fast adds a cute layer to the episode, especially because Myra initially does not even realise what she is doing.
Kabir’s decision to visit her house, however, pushes the secret romance much closer to exposure.
The precap is the real highlight. Armaan jumping straight to the stalking conclusion sets up a classic family misunderstanding, only for Myra to completely overturn it by openly calling Kabir her boyfriend.
