The upcoming episode of Tu Hi Re Dil Mein brings a major twist in Vrinda and Sanjay’s complicated love story. Madhavi Reveals the Truth to Sanjay
Vrinda is heartbroken after discovering that Sanjay is going to marry Swati. Although she loves him, she chooses to remain silent because she does not want to destroy Swati’s happiness.
Meanwhile, Sanjay arrives to meet Madhavi after she calls him to discuss something important. Vrinda is unaware that Sanjay is meeting Swati’s mother and quietly remains inside the car.
Madhavi tells Sanjay that during the Ganpati puja, Swati had received an emergency call from the hospital. Since the patient was serious and Swati is deeply committed to her work, she had to leave for the hospital.
