The 12th day inside the Bigg Boss 20 house brings fresh arguments, personal accusations and an unexpected ration crisis. From Arishfa and Mary’s heated exchange to Gullu’s brutally honest answers in the confession room, the contestants find themselves under increasing pressure. Meanwhile, a task cancellation leaves the entire house facing a major shortage of ration.
Arishfa Apologises to Kanika, But Her Argument With Mary Escalates
The episode begins with Arishfa apologising to Kanika in case she hurt her during the game. She explains that Mary was pushing her, and she may have accidentally hit Kanika in the process.
However, Mary immediately objects to Arishfa mentioning her name. She reminds Arishfa that physical injuries can happen during games and says nobody should make a major issue out of them. Arishfa argues that pushing is not acceptable, even during a task.
The disagreement soon turns into a heated verbal exchange between the two women. What begins as an attempt to clarify an incident quickly becomes another clash inside the house.
Meanwhile, Mahhi asks Qazi to allow Gullu to sit comfortably because he is the captain. Qazi distributes entertaining duties among his group, assigning them responsibilities related to bathing, sleeping and washing.
Kanika jokingly adds that Gullu should also receive a massage. Gullu plays along and says he is planning to enjoy beauty sleep for an entire week. When he asks who will open the door for him, Love volunteers.
Kanika warns Love not to do too much for Gullu. Love then asks Kanika whether she would give him a massage, but Kanika refuses, keeping the playful exchange going.
Qazi and the Contestants Discuss Their Rivals
Qazi later tells Uditi that Isha and Kanika created an issue unnecessarily. He feels that the matter was exaggerated, while Kanika has a different opinion about his game.
Kanika says Qazi does not behave naturally all the time and believes that he is playing strategically. She describes him as clever and suggests that he carefully manages his actions inside the house.
Mahhi also shares her concerns with Qazi and Isha. She criticises Mary’s language and accuses her of having a superiority complex. According to Mahhi, Mary constantly judges others and expects everyone to respect her.
Qazi then admits that he is also unable to understand Aman’s behaviour. He explains that he invited Aman to sit with him, but Aman chose to remain with the opposing team.
Elsewhere, Aasif tells Yung that Amrapali appears to be trying to maintain connections with both teams. He claims that she talks about one group behind its back while also asking members of that group for things such as a straightener.
Yung responds that he also does not understand Rhiti completely. The discussions reveal how quickly alliances and loyalties are becoming points of suspicion among the contestants.
Mahhi Wants to Cut Ties With Amrapali and Mary
Mahhi openly declares that she wants to completely distance herself from Amrapali and Mary. Her statement makes it clear that she no longer wishes to maintain a relationship with either contestant.
Meanwhile, Yung and his group discuss Uditi. Aasif comments on her attitude, while Scout asks about her profession. Aasif explains that Uditi has worked in music videos.
Scout then asks whether she is a dancer, prompting Aasif, Yung and Rohed to correct him. Their conversation reflects the group’s curiosity about one another’s backgrounds, but it also shows how contestants frequently discuss others when they are not present.
Amrapali Takes Offence at Love’s Joke

When Bigg Boss asks him to identify the fake contender, Gullu names Amrapali. He calls Qazi the unhygienic contestant and selects Aasif as the house’s cry baby.
Gullu also comments on Arishfa’s behaviour. He says that she does not let matters go and tends to restart arguments even after an issue has already ended.
When asked whose presence does not matter in the house, Gullu names Rohed. He also identifies the so-called bully gang as Amrapali, Yung, Aasif, Scout and Rohed.
Bigg Boss then introduces a buzzer round. The contestants must answer questions, and those whose answers match Gullu’s responses will receive additional seconds for the ration-related task.
Only Aasif, Mahhi and Uditi manage to match Gullu’s answers. Their success gives them an important opportunity, but it soon leads to another major conflict.
Uditi Objects to Qazi Touching Her
Uditi asks Qazi not to keep touching her because it irritates her. She confronts him about the behaviour, leading to an argument between them.
Qazi appears hurt by Uditi’s accusation. The exchange creates discomfort between the two contestants and highlights the importance of personal boundaries inside the house.

The three contestants are asked to take one life from the housemate they believe has made the least contribution to the game.
Mahhi and Uditi initially agree on Love, while Aasif chooses Aman. Mahhi then asks Uditi about the boxing contestant, and Uditi identifies Mary.
Aasif refuses to choose Mary and says that his second option would be Qazi. Mary becomes offended when she learns about Mahhi’s reasoning for considering her.
Bigg Boss instructs the three contestants to reach a common decision. He warns that if they cannot agree on one name, the task will be cancelled.
Mahhi argues that Mary mainly cooks and does not contribute enough to the game. Aasif refuses to vote against her, while Uditi also appears to support Mary.
Mahhi then accuses Mary of trying to play with both teams and remaining confused about her loyalties. Uditi says Mary had told her that contestants must be nice to everyone to survive in the game.
Despite Mahhi’s arguments, Aasif continues refusing to take Mary’s life. The contestants fail to reach an agreement, and Bigg Boss ultimately cancels the task.
He delivers a harsh consequence: the housemates will now have to survive with zero per cent ration.
Mary and Love Refuse to Cook
Following the task cancellation, Mary refuses to cook in the kitchen. Love also declines to prepare food, expressing her frustration with Mahhi and Uditi.
Love says that Mahhi and Uditi spend their time doing makeup but still accuse her of not contributing to the game. Uditi takes offence at the remark, and tensions rise once again.
Scout tells Qazi that Mahhi disrespected Mary. Mary then advises Qazi to stay away from Mahhi and Uditi, warning him that they might use him for their own advantage later in the game.
She says that she does not consider either Mahhi or Uditi trustworthy. Her warning adds further pressure to Qazi, who is already facing criticism from different groups.
Meanwhile, Isha asks Mahhi whether she missed the opportunity to nominate her that day and suggests that Mahhi will get more chances in the future. Mahhi questions why Isha is arguing with her.
Isha responds that she would not have a problem if Mahhi chose to nominate her. Their exchange leads to another verbal confrontation, while the tension between Mary and Mahhi also continues.
Promotional Task Brings a Brief Moment of Celebration
Amid the ongoing arguments and ration crisis, the contestants participate in a promotional task. The challenge ends with Kanika, Aasif, Rhiti, Isha, Gullu, Rohed and Mary emerging as the winners.
As a reward, the winning contestants receive a Europe trip. The announcement provides a brief celebratory moment after an otherwise tense day inside the house.

The ration task becomes the episode’s biggest turning point. Mahhi, Uditi and Aasif are given the power to make a decision, but their inability to agree results in the cancellation of the task and leaves everyone without ration. A little indecision has suddenly become everyone’s problem—a very Bigg Boss-style disaster.
The conflict between Amrapali and Love also highlights the importance of boundaries, while Uditi’s confrontation with Qazi brings a serious personal issue into focus.
With Salman promising a reality check in the next episode, the housemates may have to answer for more than just their arguments.
