The latest episode of Dr. Aarambhi continues to build suspense around Vishwas, Avantika and Saniya while Dhruv secretly works towards his own plan. Kunika Wants Aarambhi as Her Daughter-in-Law

This episode is largely about secrets getting dangerously close to exposure.
Avantika’s move is easily the biggest development. Planting both the photograph and DNA report in Sunil’s room shows that she is no longer simply trying to manipulate people from the sidelines. She is actively creating evidence to force a particular outcome for Vishwas and Saniya.
The fact that Vishwas himself enters the room while Avantika is hiding adds another layer of tension. For now, her secret remains safe, but the evidence she has planted could soon create chaos inside the Tandon family.
Dhruv’s track is more mysterious. Kunika clearly knows that he is working towards a specific goal, while Aarambhi remains unaware of what is happening around her. Her decision to check the decorations at exactly the wrong moment has Kunika worried and Dhruv scrambling.
