The latest episode of Tum Dena Saath Mera brings a strong emotional turn in Rakshit and Aparajita’s relationship. While Sudha continues struggling to accept their marriage, Rakshit makes it clear that his love for Aparajita is unconditional. He not only defends her against Aradhya and Sheela but also takes a firm stand when the family starts discussing their plans for having a child.
Sudha Is Still Hurt By Rakshit’s Marriage
The episode begins with Sudha thinking about Rakshit. When she sees him, she turns her face away, making it obvious that she is still upset with him.
Rakshit asks her why she is angry with him. Sudha insists that she is not angry, but Rakshit points out that she did not even bless him.
He reveals that he heard everything over the phone and knows how badly Sudha humiliated Aparajita. Rakshit tells his mother that he loves Aparajita unconditionally and asks whether she cannot accept the woman he has chosen if that is what will make him happy.

The strongest part is Rakshit refusing to let anyone turn Aparajita’s body or motherhood into a family decision. His argument makes the baby conversation personal rather than simply another saas-bahu disagreement. He makes it clear that marriage does not mean losing the right to make choices about one’s own future.
His confrontation with Aradhya is equally important. Until now, he has been willing to overlook her behaviour because she is Aparajita’s sister. This time, he draws a clear line and tells her that being family does not give anyone permission to insult his wife.
Sudha’s disappointment is understandable within the story because she feels she lost the wedding experience she had imagined for her son. But Rakshit is equally clear that accepting Aparajita is essential if she wants to be part of his happiness.
The condom scene could easily have become pure comedy, but the episode uses the awkward situation to introduce a meaningful conversation about consent, marriage and family pressure. Rakshit’s stand for Aparajita gives the episode its emotional punch.
