The upcoming episode of Tum Se Tum Tak brings Arya back to the Vardhan Group at a time when the company is facing a major crisis. The staff and factory workers continue their protest against Harsh, blaming him for putting the company in a huge financial mess after losing the tender. They demand that Arya be brought back to the company and insist that Harsh should invite him back with the respect he deserves.
Harsh refuses to listen. He reminds the workers that he is now the boss and insists that Arya is no longer part of the company. He firmly declares that Arya will not return and warns the staff against creating unnecessary drama. The workers remain adamant, with one employee warning that the company could eventually shut down if Arya is not brought back.
The situation becomes increasingly aggressive as Meera watches the factory workers lose their temper. One of the men grabs Harsh by the collar, putting him in a dangerous position.
