Indu asks Kaushalya to go to the hospital and show her fake concern for Sahana. She says Kaushalya should expose Sahana and Kaali’s affair; if Murli stands with her, then nobody can harm her. Kaushalya agrees. She asks Kusum to come with her. She asks Manoj not to meet Murli if the latter comes home. Manoj nods. Murli asks Siddhu why he is getting the law involved in his family matter.

Murli is away on a call. Kaushalya tells Siddhu that she came to meet Sahana. She asks Manohar why Sahana has committed suicide to frame Murli and them, if she wanted to marry Kaali. Siddhu asks them to stop the nonsense and leave. Kaushalya tells him that Sahana has done this to hide her affair, so that she gets sympathy from Ganga. Sneha comes there and asks Kaushalya to shut up. She warns Kaushalya.

Durgavati comes and looks on. Sneha scares Kaushalya with the law and threatens to get her arrested. She asks Kaushalya if she will say any nonsense against Sahana. She tells that she will find the truth in one week and get the culprit arrested. Manohar smiles. Durgavati holds Sneha and calms her down. Sahana comes to her senses. Murli comes and asks Sahana to come home with him. Siddhu asks Murli why he came to talk to Sahana. Murli says Sahana is his wife, and he came to take her home. Siddhu takes him out.

He asks Murli if he got Sahana to the hospital and saved her life. Murli refuses to answer. Siddhu asks him to answer Sahana’s family and the police. He stops Murli from going to the ward. Murli goes to Sahana and tells that she is his wife, and she should come with him. Ganga is at the temple. Durgavati is with her. They pray for Sahana. Ganga feels guilty for Sahana’s condition.

Ganga tells that she didn’t listen to Sahana and scolded her, sent her to her Sasural, and she doesn’t know what Sahana was facing there that she chose death. Durgavati calls Ganga a good mother. She pacifies Ganga. She asks Ganga to have some food. Sneha comes to Murli’s house. She packs Sahana’s clothes. Kusum asks what she is doing.

Sneha asks Kusum if she doesn’t know what she did. She says she knows Sahana well; she will find out if someone gave poison to Sahana. She warns them. Kaushalya gets scared. She asks Kusm not to argue with Sneha. Binita comes to Sneha and gives Sahana’s Suhaag chunri. Binita asks if Sahana is okay. Sneha says she is better now. She asks what happened yesterday that Sahana took this step. Binita worries.

The latest episode of Ganga Mai Ki Betiyan delivers strong emotional drama as Sahana survives the poisoning, while Sneha steps forward to defend her and vows to uncover the truth.

The hospital track remains the strongest part of the episode. The doctor’s warning that Sahana could slip into a coma if she does not regain consciousness within 12 hours keeps the tension high. Ganga’s guilt is particularly emotional as she blames herself for not listening to Sahana and sending her back to her in-laws. Durgavati’s attempt to comfort her adds an unexpectedly softer side to their relationship.

Siddhu also gets an important moment when he refuses to tolerate Murli’s accusations against Sahana. He reminds Murli that he once supported him, but cannot stand by while he questions Sahana’s character. His regret over helping Murli marry Sahana shows how much his opinion has changed after seeing the situation unfold.

Sneha becomes the episode’s biggest strength when Kaushalya arrives at the hospital pretending to be concerned while continuing to accuse Sahana.
