Tum Dena Saath Mera 25th September 2026 Written Update: Aparajita’s Secret Counselling Leaves Rakshit and Family Suspicious

The 25th September 2026 episode of Tum Dena Saath Mera takes a dramatic turn as Sheela becomes suspicious about Aparajita’s connection with Pammi. What begins as a simple question about whether Pammi is Aparajita’s patient quickly turns into a major family misunderstanding. Aparajita is forced to explain that she had once approached Pammi for counselling, but she refuses to reveal the personal issue she discussed with her.

As Sheela and Aradhya keep questioning the matter, Aparajita makes it clear that her private problems are not something she is ready to discuss with everyone. She insists that only Rakshit has the right to know the complete truth.

Sheela Questions Aparajita About Pammi

The episode begins with Sheela asking Aparajita how she knows Pammi.

She directly asks whether Pammi is her patient.

Rakshit also becomes curious and asks Aparajita about their connection.

Before Aparajita can properly explain, Pammi covers for her.

She tells them that Aparajita is not her patient and says that Aparajita had simply helped her once.

Rakshit praises Aparajita for helping her.

Aparajita, though, becomes visibly tense.

She quickly leaves the situation because she is worried that Rakshit may somehow discover the problem she has been keeping private.

Sheela is still not satisfied.

She tries to question Aparajita further, but Sudha stops her and tells her to remain quiet.

Sheela then turns her attention towards Pammi and starts asking about the patient’s illness.

Pammi immediately refuses to discuss it.

She explains that it is not appropriate to call someone’s personal issue a disease.

She cannot reveal a patient’s problems because the information is confidential.

According to her, whatever Aparajita discussed with her is strictly between a doctor and her patient.

Aparajita Worries About Her Secret

Aparajita remains anxious.

She keeps thinking that Rakshit must not find out about her problem.

Aradhya notices her nervousness and begins wondering why Aparajita is behaving so strangely.

The situation becomes even more uncomfortable when Sudha asks Aradhya to bring tea for Pammi.

Aradhya accidentally spills the tea on her own leg.

Sudha immediately scolds her.

Pammi intervenes and excuses Aradhya.

The family drama continues in another corner of the house.

Rakshmi Gets Caught Between Two Mothers

Malti tells Rakshmi that Avinash has fulfilled all her wishes and that she is extremely happy.

She says that she will even buy pani puri for her daughter-in-law.

Rakshmi’s mother arrives at the same time.

Both mothers start feeding pani puri to Rakshmi almost like they are competing with each other.

The situation quickly becomes too much for Rakshmi.

Her stomach gets upset.

Malti pays the money and runs after her.

Bua watches the entire scene and laughs at the chaos.

The light-hearted moment provides a brief break from the tension surrounding Aparajita.

Pammi Reassures Aparajita

Later, Pammi notices that her saree has become dirty.

She asks Aparajita to help her.

Aparajita helps her clean it.

Pammi notices that Aparajita is still nervous.

She reassures her and tells her that she is a brave woman.

Pammi encourages Aparajita not to remain trapped in her trauma and assures her that she can overcome the problems she has faced.

She promises that she will not tell anyone about their private conversation.

Pammi also clarifies that she has come to the house simply to meet Rakshit’s wife.

Aparajita thanks her.

Unfortunately, Aradhya overhears their conversation.

She immediately begins putting the pieces together.

Aradhya concludes that Aparajita must be Pammi’s patient.

She decides that Rakshit needs to know about it.

Aradhya Makes the Situation Worse

Aradhya finds out that Pammi is a sexologist who counsels couples dealing with intimate and relationship-related problems.

Instead of keeping the information private, Aradhya becomes even more suspicious about Aparajita.

She later lies to Rakshit that Aparajita is calling him.

At the same time, Sudha complains to Sheela that Aparajita does not even allow her to sit with them peacefully for two minutes.

The family’s curiosity about Aparajita’s secret continues to grow.

Rakshit Directly Questions Aparajita

Pammi continues talking privately with Aparajita.

She motivates Aparajita to fight her problems instead of allowing them to control her.

Rakshit eventually confronts Aparajita.

He directly asks whether Pammi is her patient.

He then asks what her problem is and why she never told him about it.

Aparajita is cornered.

She struggles to answer.

Sheela also questions Pammi and asks why she initially lied about Aparajita being her patient.

She wants to know what serious disease Aparajita has.

Pammi immediately corrects the misunderstanding.

She explains that Aparajita does not have a disease.

She is simply her patient.

Sheela refuses to let the matter go.

She demands that Pammi explain Aparajita’s problem in front of everyone.

Pammi refuses.

She again reminds Sheela that patient information is confidential and cannot be revealed.

Sheela Turns the Family Against Aparajita

Sheela begins manipulating the family members.

She insists that Pammi must be hiding something serious.

Pammi remains firm.

She tells Sheela once again that Aparajita does not have any disease.

She has only come to meet Rakshit’s wife.

Before leaving, Pammi gives Aparajita a gift.

She then leaves the house.

But her departure does not end the questions.

Instead, the family turns towards Aparajita.

Aradhya Reveals Pammi’s Profession

Aradhya finally reveals what she has learned.

She tells everyone that Pammi is a sexologist.

She explains that Pammi is a doctor who helps couples deal with intimate and sexual problems in their relationships.

Aradhya then adds fuel to the situation by saying that she never imagined Aparajita could have a problem of that nature.

Aparajita immediately denies the implication.

She tells them that she does not have such a problem.

She explains that she had approached Pammi for counselling.

There was a time when Aparajita felt helpless and could not make an important decision, so she consulted Pammi.

She explains that counselling is not necessarily about treating a disease.

It can help a person think clearly, understand their situation and make an informed decision.

Aparajita Opens Up About Her First Marriage

Aparajita finally shares part of her painful past.

She explains that she suffered a lot during her first marriage.

The emotional stress became difficult for her to handle, and counselling helped her deal with the mental pressure and find some relief.

Sheela immediately turns her words into another accusation.

She asks Aparajita whether she is mentally sick.

Aparajita firmly denies it.

She makes it clear that seeking counselling does not mean that someone is mentally ill.

Sheela still demands that Aparajita reveal exactly what problem she discussed with Pammi.

Aparajita refuses.

She does not want her personal matter to become a topic of discussion for the entire family.

She finally makes her position clear.

She says that she will not reveal the issue to everyone.

Only Rakshit has the right to know the complete truth.

The episode ends with Aparajita standing firm despite the pressure surrounding her.

Precap

In the upcoming episode, Aparajita apologises to Rakshit for hiding the truth from him.

She tells him that she tried many times to reveal everything, but something always stopped her.

The question now is whether Aparajita will finally tell Rakshit what she has been hiding.

Tum Dena Saath Mera 25th September 2026 Review

This episode takes a relatively simple secret and lets the family turn it into a full-blown investigation. Sheela, naturally, is not going to let a single unanswered question survive for more than five minutes.

The strongest part is Pammi’s insistence on patient confidentiality. She repeatedly refuses to expose Aparajita’s private matter, even when the family keeps pressuring her. That makes the misunderstanding more interesting because Aparajita is not actually hiding a disease, as everyone seems to assume.

Aradhya’s revelation about Pammi being a sexologist predictably makes things ten times more awkward. The family immediately starts connecting dots that may not even belong together.

Aparajita’s explanation about counselling is important because it separates seeking professional help from being “sick.” Her decision to consult someone when she felt helpless shows that she was trying to deal with her problems rather than simply ignoring them.

The emotional hook is saved for the end. Aparajita admits that only Rakshit has the right to know the truth, and the precap suggests she may finally be ready to tell him.

The secret is clearly getting harder to hide. At this point, Sheela doesn’t need CCTV cameras; give her one suspicious sentence and she’ll build an entire investigation around it.
