The 25th September episode of Kyunki Rishton Ke Bhi Roop Badalte Hai brings Vrinda, Angad and Karthik into an increasingly complicated situation. While Akshay quietly tries to bring Angad and Vrinda closer, Dev is determined to prevent their growing bond from ruining his plans. At the same time, the family gathers for Pooja’s prayer meet, leading to an emotional outpouring from Hemant.
Akshay Tries to Bring Angad and Vrinda Together
The episode begins with Akshay making an effort to bring Angad closer to Vrinda. He asks Angad to sit beside his Mumma, but Angad hesitates. He is clearly uncomfortable and seems afraid of facing Vrinda directly.
Akshay understands Angad’s hesitation and secretly decides to take matters into his own hands. He joins hands with Gopu and comes up with a simple plan to bring Angad and Vrinda closer.
Gopu deliberately sits beside Vrinda and then asks her to shift. Akshay does something similar with Angad. Slowly and carefully, the two execute their plan until Angad finally ends up sitting beside Vrinda.
The situation immediately catches everyone’s attention. Angad and Vrinda are once again sitting close to each other, while the people around them quietly observe their interaction.
Dev, though, is certainly not pleased.
Dev Tries to Separate Vrinda and Angad
Dev quickly understands the danger. Angad getting closer to Vrinda could completely destroy his plans of grabbing the property. He therefore decides that he needs to create another problem before the situation gets out of his control.
Dev approaches Madhavi and attempts to provoke her against Akshay. Madhavi refuses to get dragged into the matter and tells Dev to leave the situation alone.
Dev does not give up. He changes his approach and tells Madhavi that Karthik will be deeply hurt if he sees Vrinda and Angad becoming close again.
He then begins praising Karthik, calling him a gentleman, and tries to convince Madhavi that Vrinda should marry Karthik.
Madhavi makes it clear that she is not interested in getting involved in Angad or his matters.
Just then, Karthik arrives with Noina, and Madhavi warmly welcomes them.
Madhavi eventually decides to take Timsi’s help to create some distance between Vrinda and Angad.
Timsi removes Gopu from Vrinda’s side and cleverly manages to make Karthik sit beside Vrinda instead.
The move creates an awkward situation. Vrinda is now caught between Angad and Karthik. She allows Karthik to remain comfortable, while the complicated equation between the three continues to unfold.
The Family Remembers Pooja
The episode then shifts to the final rituals of Pooja’s prayer meet.
Pandit Ji begins the concluding rituals, and the entire family folds their hands and joins the prayers. Everyone remembers Pooja with heavy hearts as Hemant and the other family members participate in the ceremony.
During the emotional gathering, Aarav brings a smiley card for his Badi Dadi.
Hemant takes the card from him, but the small gesture overwhelms him. His eyes fill with tears as the memories of Pooja come rushing back.
Hemant tells everyone that Pooja Dadi always loved smiling. He says that instead of spending the entire time crying, they should remember her happiness and the joy she brought into their lives.
Vrinda also remembers Pooja fondly. She talks about how Pooja always enjoyed having fun with the family and made every moment more lively.
Dev remembers Pooja’s handmade dhoklas and talks about how much he misses them.
Hemant then recalls how he would help Pooja while she prepared the dhoklas and remembers the way she always took care of him.
The memories become too painful for Hemant, and he eventually decides to leave.
Hemant Opens Up About His Bond With Pooja
Vrinda understands that Hemant needs some space. She asks everyone to give him time because he is deeply missing Pooja.
Noina notices that Hemant is completely lost in his memories.
Later, she speaks to him and learns more about just how important Pooja was to the family.
Hemant tells Noina that everyone was genuinely happy whenever Pooja was around. According to him, she brought positive energy into the house and had a way of making everyone feel better.
His admiration for Pooja went far beyond their personal relationship. Hemant reveals that he would even seek Pooja’s advice on business matters because he trusted her judgment.
For him, Pooja was not simply another member of the family. She was an important part of his entire life.
Hemant lovingly describes her as an antaryami, someone who seemed to understand things even before anyone explained them.

This episode does a good job of balancing two very different tracks. The Vrinda-Angad-Karthik triangle keeps getting more complicated, while the Pooja prayer-meet sequence gives the episode its emotional heart.
Hemant’s memories of Pooja are easily the most touching part. His description of her as someone who understood people even before they spoke shows why her absence is hitting the family so hard. The dhokla memory may sound small, but those ordinary details often make grief feel the most real.
On the relationship front, Akshay’s little plan succeeds in bringing Angad and Vrinda together, but Dev immediately starts working against it. His attempt to use Karthik’s feelings as a weapon is becoming increasingly obvious.
Karthik’s confession is another important development. He does not simply demand Vrinda’s attention; he tells her that he understands her independence and still wants to stand beside her. That gives his confession some emotional weight.
The real problem, of course, is that Vrinda barely gets a chance to breathe before someone else starts influencing her decision. And with Angad’s new refrigerator waiting in the precap, even a household appliance is apparently ready to become the next battlefield.
