The latest episode of Dr. Aarambhi brings Aarambhi and Avantika face-to-face with the truth about Vishwas, while Raj’s confrontation with Sunny takes a dangerous turn. As Aarambhi makes it clear that she will not allow Vishwas and Avantika’s relationship to affect her son Vihaan, Raj goes after Sunny and ends up in a situation that could have devastating consequences for Aarambhi.
The biggest shock comes in the precap, when Vishwas decides to manipulate the CCTV footage and make it appear that Aarambhi was responsible for Sunny’s death.
Aarambhi Confronts Avantika Over Vishwas
The episode begins with Aarambhi questioning Avantika about Saniya. She asks whether Saniya knows that Vishwas is her father. Aarambhi then points out that Avantika seems to be planning to use Saniya as a way to enter the Tandon house.
What Aarambhi does not realise at first is that Vishwas is nearby and overhears their entire conversation.

While the confrontation continues, Raj notices blood on his hand. He realises that he may have got it when Manmeet took the sweets box from his hand. The discovery makes Raj more determined to gather evidence against Sunny.
Raj takes his phone and hurriedly leaves his room. On the way, he runs into Dhruv. Raj apologises to him and quickly walks away.
Dhruv is left wondering why Raj is in such a hurry and where he is actually going.
Aarambhi Refuses to Stay Silent for Vihaan
Aarambhi continues arguing with Avantika and makes her position very clear.
She tells Avantika that she may remain silent when something wrong is done to her, but she will not stay quiet if the situation starts affecting her son Vihaan. Aarambhi warns Avantika that if Vihaan is harmed or affected because of this situation, she will not spare her.

Raj comes to the room of Aarambhi and Vishwas and tells Aarambhi from outside that he got into a scuffle with Sunny because of Manmeet. Raj claims that he pushed Sunny and reveals that Sunny is now dead.
Vishwas is inside the room and hears Raj’s shocking confession.
Aarambhi, though, is not inside the room at that moment.
Vishwas immediately comes outside and meets Raj.
Soon after, Aarambhi and Dhruv are stopped by the police. They inform Aarambhi that Sunny has died.
The situation becomes extremely serious as the police investigation begins.
Vishwas then takes the betrayal to another level. He contacts a techie and asks him to manipulate the CCTV footage.
His demand is clear—he wants the footage to show Aarambhi in place of Raj.

Vishwas then thinks that Aarambhi will not rot in jail.

This episode finally gives Aarambhi the courage to draw a line. Her confrontation with Avantika is not just about Vishwas anymore; it is about refusing to let the adults’ choices damage Vihaan. Her decision to divorce Vishwas on her own terms also gives the track a stronger sense of control for her character.
The real danger, though, comes from Raj’s confrontation with Sunny. What begins as an attempt to reach Manmeet suddenly turns into a death case, and Vishwas wastes no time turning the situation into a weapon against Aarambhi.
And that CCTV twist is the real villainy of the track. Vishwas is not merely hiding his affair anymore—he is actively preparing to manufacture evidence against Aarambhi. Now Aarambhi has to fight not only a broken marriage but also a crime she did not commit.
