Vasudha 28th September 2026 Review: Tejan Returns To The Chauhan House As Chandrika Fights For Prabhat

Vasudha’s latest episode brings the story into a tense new phase as Tejan and her family return to the Chauhan house, but their return is clearly not about forgiveness. Vasudha manages to convince Tejan to come back for Prabhat’s sake, while Lajwanti sees the situation as an opportunity to reclaim everything she believes was taken from them.

The emotional core of the episode belongs to Chandrika. Sitting beside Prabhat, she breaks down while remembering their moments together and desperately asks him to wake up, speak to her and put an end to her fears. Her helplessness works because Chandrika, who has always tried to control every situation, is now completely powerless. Prabhat’s silence becomes more painful than any confrontation.

Vasudha succeeds in bringing Birju’s family back, leaving Sarika stunned. Chandrika is actually relieved to see Tejan return because she is now willing to do whatever it takes to earn forgiveness and save Prabhat. The contrast is interesting: Tejan enters the house seeking justice and revenge, while Chandrika is ready to surrender her comfort and authority for Prabhat’s life.

Tejan immediately makes it clear that she has not returned to bury the past. Removing the Chauhan family photograph and replacing it with Bhairav and Madhu’s pictures is a powerful symbolic move. She is literally replacing the family’s identity on the wall while reminding Chandrika of the tragedy that brought them here. Her declaration that the house belongs to her makes the power struggle even sharper.

Chandrika’s reaction is surprisingly restrained. Instead of fighting back, she folds her hands and thanks Tejan for returning. She even promises that nobody will insult Birju’s family. This shows how much Prabhat’s condition has changed her priorities. She is willing to tolerate humiliation if it gives her even a small chance of breaking the curse.

The kitchen scene between Chandrika and Vasudha is another emotional highlight. Chandrika finally acknowledges that Guru Ji told her everything and admits that Vasudha had tried to warn her earlier. Her regret feels genuine, especially when she blesses Vasudha and entrusts her with the responsibility of keeping Birju’s family happy. Vasudha’s gesture of catching Chandrika’s tear adds warmth to their bond without making the moment overly dramatic.

At the same time, the episode smartly keeps Dev and the others suspicious. Avinash and Divya cannot understand why Chandrika is allowing Tejan’s family to take control of the house. Dev also senses that Vasudha and Chandrika are hiding something. Vasudha avoids giving him the real answer, explaining only that Prabhat needs everyone’s blessings and they cannot afford Tejan’s curse.

This secrecy is becoming an interesting source of tension because Dev is clearly close to discovering that there is much more behind Chandrika’s sudden change.

Tejan, meanwhile, has absolutely no intention of forgiving Chandrika. Her private conversation with Bhairav and Madhu’s photographs makes her revenge motive crystal clear. Lajwanti is delighted to have regained what she considers her rightful place, while Birju is far more nervous. His fear that Prabhat could regain consciousness and reveal what happened during the accident adds another dangerous layer to the story.

Birju secretly going to Prabhat’s room is particularly significant. His excuse when Vasudha arrives only makes him look more suspicious. With Prabhat unconscious, Birju may have time to hide the truth, but his guilt is clearly eating away at him.

The next morning, the power shift becomes even more obvious. Lajwanti takes Chandrika’s coffee and declares that they are now the owners of the house. She orders Vasudha around and reminds her of her duties. Chandrika stopping Sarika from reacting is important because it shows that she is deliberately allowing this humiliation for Prabhat’s sake.

But Lajwanti’s behaviour is quickly moving from reclaiming rights to openly enjoying control.

The swimming-pool scene pushes that humiliation further when Lajwanti asks Dev to apply soap to Birju’s back. It is an intentionally provocative demand, designed to remind the Chauhans that their household hierarchy has been turned upside down. Dev’s anger is understandable, and this track could become explosive if Lajwanti continues deliberately provoking the family.

Overall, this episode works because the conflict has moved beyond the original misunderstanding. Tejan’s family is back inside the Chauhan house, Chandrika is willingly surrendering her authority, Vasudha is carrying an enormous responsibility, and Birju is terrified of what happens if Prabhat wakes up.

The biggest question now is whether Chandrika’s sacrifice will actually break Tejan’s curse—or whether Tejan’s desire for revenge will put the entire Chauhan family in even greater danger.
