Shayad Yahi Hai Pyaar 2nd October 2026 Written Update: Aarav Tries to Warn Preeti as Gaurav’s Betrayal Comes Out
The episode begins with Shanaya making it clear to Gaurav that he cannot keep delaying the inevitable. She asks him to end his relationship with Preeti today and finally tell her the truth about his love for Shanaya. Gaurav assures her that he is meeting Preeti and will break up with her.
At the office, Preeti is busy assigning work and preparing to leave for her meeting with Gaurav. Rajat reminds her that she should first meet the organiser, finish the official work and only then leave for her personal plans. Preeti agrees and asks Monty to drop her at Delhi Haat so that she can discuss their stall arrangements.
Kaira excitedly tells Preeti that the biryani she made is amazing and that she has already finished it. Preeti is happy that Kaira enjoyed it, unaware that Aarav is still thinking about the biryani she had prepared especially for him.
Aarav calls Monty and learns that Preeti is heading to Delhi Haat. He immediately decides to go there too. Preeti, meanwhile, calls Gaurav and asks him to come to Delhi Haat because she wants to meet him there.

This episode does a good job of stretching the tension before the inevitable truth bomb. Preeti is happily planning Manali while Aarav is practically waving a giant red flag in front of her, yet she refuses to believe him because she still trusts Gaurav completely.
Gaurav deserves absolutely no sympathy here. He starts the day planning to break up with Preeti, gets distracted by her makeover, agrees to a romantic trip and still hides the truth. That is quite a talent for making one bad decision after another.
Aarav’s desperation to protect Preeti also becomes more visible, especially when he finally tells her exactly what he overheard. The problem is that Preeti is too emotionally invested in Gaurav to accept the warning.
The precap finally promises the confrontation the story has been building toward. Once Preeti sees Gaurav and Shanaya together, there will be no more room for excuses. And Aarav stepping in after Gaurav pushes her takes the drama straight into explosive territory.
