Bigg Boss 20 4th October 2026 Written Update: Ayushmann Khurrana and Sara Ali Khan Join Salman for a Star-Studded Weekend

The 4th October 2026 episode of Bigg Boss 20 is packed with music, celebrity appearances, games and plenty of tension among the contestants. Mika Singh kicks off the entertainment on the Bigg Boss stage, followed by the cast of Prem Kitanu, Ali Baba Aur 40 Bhoot and Udta Teer. Amid all the fun, Salman Khan also delivers an important update about the voting results, leaving Marycom worried.

Mika Singh Brings the Party to the Bigg Boss Stage

The episode begins with Mika Singh giving a high-energy performance on the Bigg Boss stage. Salman Khan joins him and dances to the song before sending the dancers away.

Mika praises Salman for maintaining his fitness. Salman responds in typical style by taking off his shirt and showing off his physique. Mika and Salman then greet the contestants.

Mika asks everyone to give Salman a standing ovation, reminding them that his first episode of Bigg Boss aired on October 3, 2010. He then gets the contestants dancing to a song featuring Salman.

Salman reveals that Mika closely follows the show. Mika proves his claim by discussing the ongoing rift between Asif and Luv. He points out that Gullu has become a reason for tension because Luv keeps talking about him.

Salman asks Luv about it, and she says it is simply an act. Mika and Salman then make Gullu and Luv dance together.

Gullu and Luv’s Friendship Gets Attention

Gullu and Luv dance to Mika’s song. Salman asks Gullu whether he is showing so much affection towards Luv to make her team jealous or whether there is another reason.

Gullu responds to Salman and comments on the situation.

Salman also speaks to Luv about the way things have been going for her. He points out that she often has to listen to what others say and still ends up being the one who apologises.

Scout’s Beard Becomes a Talking Point

Mika then talks to Yung and Asif about their frustration with Scout after he shaved off his moustache and beard.

Mika later interacts with Asif, sings a song for him and teases him. Salman asks Asif why Scout’s beard matters so much to him.

Yung also shares his thoughts on the situation, keeping the beard controversy alive.

Mahi and Qazi’s Rift Comes Into Focus

Mika turns his attention towards Mahi and discusses the problems she has been facing inside the house. He points out that although she nominated herself, the other contestants continue to misunderstand her.

Salman asks Mahi why she believes Qazi feels that she is manipulating him.

Mahi explains that Qazi has been sitting away from her ever since the Bakra Bakri task, which has changed their equation.

“Chup” Sticker Task Creates New Targets

Mika introduces an interesting task in which every contestant has to put a “Chup” sticker on the contestant they want to silence.

The choices reveal plenty about the current house dynamics.

Scout puts his sticker on Qazi, while Yung chooses Mahi. Asif puts his sticker on Luv, and Mahi targets Yung. Qazi puts his sticker on Scout, while Arishfa also chooses Qazi.

Aman puts his sticker on Luv. Gullu chooses Arishfa, saying that she talks a lot of nonsense and never seems to stop.

Kanika also targets Qazi, while Mary puts her sticker on Mahi. Amrapali chooses Qazi, explaining that he often says something was not his intention.

Finally, Luv puts her sticker on Aman and comments on him.

Mika’s New Song Brings Dandiya Fun

Mika speaks about his new song and asks the contestants to join him for a while. The contestants pick up Dandiya sticks and dance to the song.

After the fun, Mika says goodbye to everyone. Salman gives the contestants a break, and all of them receive gift hampers from Super Sox.

The mood changes when Mahi and Yung try to talk but end up getting into a heated argument.

Prem Kitanu Cast Enters the Bigg Boss House

The entertainment continues as Veer Pariya, Aafiya Sayed and Nikhil Vijay arrive on the Bigg Boss stage to promote their upcoming movie Prem Kitanu.

Salman speaks to the cast about the film before introducing them to the contestants. He asks the contestants to guess the movie’s name. They know that “Prem” is part of the title but fail to guess the full name.

Salman finally reveals the title as Prem Kitanu.

Veer and Salman explain that the movie revolves around people being fooled in the name of love. Salman tells Kanika that the subject seems particularly close to her.

Kanika reacts to the comment.

Aafiya then points out that it is difficult to know who is genuinely being themselves inside the Bigg Boss house and who is simply playing a strategy.

She asks Uditi for her opinion. Uditi says she feels Mahi is using a strategy with Qazi. Mahi responds to Uditi’s comment, leading to another round of reactions.

The Prem Kitanu cast eventually says goodbye and leaves.

Lakmé Hampers for the Female Contestants

The female contestants receive Lakmé Peach Milk saree gift hampers. Uditi reads out the details about the gifts, adding another lighter moment to the episode.

Salman Promotes Ali Baba Aur 40 Bhoot

Salman then talks about Ali Baba Aur 40 Bhoot and welcomes Asha Negi and Abhay Mahajan to the stage.

The two actors discuss their new show with Salman, who encourages the audience to watch it before sending them off.

Ayushmann Khurrana and Sara Ali Khan Arrive

The stage gets another Bollywood makeover when Ayushmann Khurrana and Sara Ali Khan arrive to promote Udta Teer.

Salman chats with the two stars before introducing them to the contestants.

Sara tells Qazi that her friend is a huge fan of his. At Sara’s request, Qazi performs, but Kanika gets upset after watching him.

Salman asks Kanika about her reaction. She brushes it off by saying that everyone is a fan of Qazi.

Ayushmann then tells Kanika that his friend has a crush on her. Kanika thanks him for the compliment.

Shayari Task Brings Out the Contestants’ Opinions

Salman and Sara give the contestants another fun task. They have to read different shayaris and give them to the contestant they believe fits the description best.

Mahi reads a shayari about a copycat and gives it to Yung.

Gullu reads one about someone without a moustache and chooses Scout.

Yung reads a shayari about someone whose plans are not working and targets Mahi.

Amrapali reads a shayari about “Chui Mui” and chooses Uditi.

Who Is the “Udta Teer” in Each Team?

Salman then discusses the different teams inside the Bigg Boss house.

He asks Kanika which team she belongs to. Kanika says that she is alone.

Ayushmann explains the concept of the next task. Every team has one “Udta Teer” who is likely to do something crazy.

For Team 1, Yung chooses Asif, while Scout also names Asif. Asif chooses Luv, and Luv chooses Asif. Amrapali also picks Asif and gives her reason.

For Team 2, Mahi names Aman. Arishfa chooses Mahi, while Aman picks Qazi. Uditi also chooses Mahi, and Qazi names Aman.

Ayushmann and Sara later say goodbye to the contestants and leave.

Marycom Receives the Lowest Votes

The fun comes to an abrupt pause when Salman addresses the eviction situation.

He tells the contestants that Rhiti’s exit does not mean that the others are safe. Salman warns Yung and Scout that they too have only one life in the game and should hope that their names do not come up.

Salman finally reveals the contestant who has received the lowest number of votes.

It is Marycom.

Salman encourages Marycom not to lose confidence and asks her to show the audience her personality. Marycom agrees to take his advice.

Salman then tells the contestants that clothes have arrived for everyone and asks them to go and check them out. The contestants leave to try the clothes.

Salman says goodbye to the audience, bringing the episode to an end.

Bigg Boss 20 5th October 2026 Precap

In the upcoming episode, Uditi asks Mahi to help her in the kitchen with chopping vegetables. Mahi refuses to help, leading to another argument between the two.

Review

This episode is more entertainment-heavy than confrontation-heavy, but the celebrity-filled Weekend Ka Vaar still manages to keep the house politics alive. Mika’s interactions are fun, while the “Chup” sticker task gives everyone another excuse to reveal exactly who is getting on their nerves.

The real highlight is the growing tension around Mahi, Yung, Qazi and Luv. The celebrity guests also manage to poke at the contestants’ relationships without making the episode feel too serious.

But the biggest sting comes at the end. Marycom receiving the lowest votes puts her journey under serious pressure, and Salman’s warning makes it clear that nobody can afford to feel comfortable anymore.

Ratings: 4.7/5
