Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 4th October 2026 Written Update: Tripti’s Shocking Crime Exposed as Mihir Decides to Return to Mumbai
The 4th October 2026 episode of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi takes a dramatic turn as Samaira learns the shocking truth about Tripti and decides that Sid deserves to know what happened to his mother. At the same time, Mihir’s mysterious connection with Shobha becomes stronger, and the possibility of recovering his lost memories finally gives him a reason to consider returning to Mumbai.
Samaira Overhears the Truth About Tripti
The episode begins with Samaira overhearing a conversation between Tulsi and Karan.
The two are discussing Tripti and the shocking crimes she has allegedly committed in the past.
Tulsi reveals that Tripti had repeatedly sent pen drives in an attempt to expose the truth about Nandini.
The revelations become even more serious when Tulsi tells Karan that Tripti was responsible for Sid’s mother’s death.
The information leaves the situation far more disturbing than anyone had imagined.
Karan and Nandini realise that Subhash needs to know the truth about Tripti.
There is just one major problem—they do not currently have solid proof against her.
They may know what Tripti has done, but simply accusing her will not be enough to convince Subhash.
The lack of evidence leaves Karan and Nandini helpless.
Samaira Decides Sid Must Know the Truth
Samaira is deeply affected by everything she has overheard.
She begins remembering her own experiences with Tripti and recalls how Tripti had previously tried to trap her and manipulate the situation against her.
Samaira now understands that Sid cannot remain unaware of the truth.
She believes he has the right to know what really happened to his mother.
More importantly, Samaira feels that Sid needs to understand the danger surrounding him before Tripti can cause any more damage.
She therefore makes a firm decision to tell Sid the truth, even though she knows the revelation could completely change the way he looks at Tripti.
Mihir Sees Shobha at the Airport
Elsewhere, Mihir spots Shobha at the airport.
The moment he sees her, something feels strangely familiar.
Mihir cannot understand why, but he feels as though he has seen her before.
His memory loss prevents him from remembering exactly who she is or what connection they share.
He continues looking at Shobha, trying to connect her face with the fragments of memories buried somewhere in his mind.
Despite the strong feeling of familiarity, nothing comes back to him.
The moment becomes particularly emotional because Shobha is unknowingly standing in front of someone who once knew her, while Mihir is unable to recognise the connection between them.
His reaction, though, suggests that the memories may not be completely gone.
Samaira Reveals the Truth About Sid’s Mother
Samaira later approaches Sid.
She finally tells him the shocking truth about his mother.
Samaira reveals that his mother was murdered and makes the devastating claim that Tripti was responsible for her death.
Sid is left furious and stunned.
He struggles to process the revelation because the woman he may have trusted is now being accused of something so serious.
His anger grows as he begins questioning Tripti and everything he has believed about her.
Samaira remains firm in what she has told him.
She wants Sid to understand the truth before it becomes too late.
The revelation could completely change Sid’s relationship with Tripti.
Mihir Talks About Shobha Again
Later, Mandira calls Anupam and Mihir to check on them.
They reassure her that they are safe and doing well.
During the conversation, Mihir once again brings up Shobha.
He admits that he cannot remember who she is.
Even though he feels an unmistakable sense of familiarity whenever he sees her, his memory loss prevents him from identifying her.
Anupam realises that Mihir’s reaction to Shobha could be important.
His lost memories may hold the answers to several unanswered questions.
Anupam therefore suggests that Mihir travel to Mumbai and meet Dr. Mansi.
Anupam Suggests a Way to Recover Mihir’s Memories
Anupam explains that Dr. Mansi is a renowned specialist in brain-related disorders.
He believes she could potentially help Mihir recover his lost memories.
Anupam tries to convince Mihir that if he genuinely wants answers about his past, he cannot continue avoiding the memories he has lost.
Mihir immediately refuses.
He reminds Anupam that Mumbai is filled with his enemies.
Returning there could put him in danger.
Mihir is clearly afraid of what he might encounter if he goes back.
Anupam, though, refuses to give up.
He tells Mihir that recovering his memory may be worth taking the risk.
He continues explaining that Dr. Mansi could be his best chance of discovering who he really is and remembering the people and events he has forgotten.
Mihir remains hesitant.
He knows that returning to Mumbai could expose him to danger, but the possibility of finally recovering his past begins to weigh on him.
For the first time, Mihir starts seriously considering the idea.
Mihir Decides to Return to Mumbai
Anupam continues persuading Mihir to take the chance.
He reminds him that there is little point in spending the rest of his life surrounded by unanswered questions when there may still be a possibility of recovering his memories.
Mihir eventually begins reconsidering his decision.
The thought of remembering his past—and finally understanding why certain people seem so familiar—becomes difficult to ignore.
His encounter with Shobha has clearly triggered something inside him.
Now, Mumbai may hold the key to unlocking everything he has forgotten.
Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 5th October 2026 Precap
In the upcoming episode, Mihir finally tells Anupam that he is ready to travel to Mumbai if there is even a small possibility that he can recover his lost memories.
At the same time, Shobha regains consciousness and becomes aware of Mihir’s presence.
Her awareness sets the stage for an emotional confrontation and could bring Mihir one step closer to remembering his past.
Review
This episode finally gives the Tripti track some serious weight. Samaira learning about Sid’s mother’s murder changes the stakes completely, especially because Sid is now aware of the accusation against the woman he may have trusted. The frustrating part is that Karan and Nandini still lack concrete proof, so knowing the truth and proving it remain two very different things.
The Mihir track is even more intriguing. His inability to recognise Shobha is heartbreaking, but the fact that he immediately feels that strange familiarity suggests that his memories may not be as buried as everyone thinks.
Anupam’s suggestion to take Mihir to Dr. Mansi is exactly the push this track needed. Mihir is understandably afraid of returning to Mumbai, but his curiosity about his forgotten past is finally becoming stronger than his fear.
And now he has agreed to return.
Considering Shobha is also regaining consciousness, Mumbai is about to become the place where several buried truths collide. Mihir’s memory comeback may finally be closer than Mandira would ever want.
