Today’s episode of Dr. Aarambhi begins with Aarambhi and Dhruv learning the shocking news of Sunny’s death. Both are stunned when they discover that Sunny has been murdered.
The situation becomes even more serious when the police begin questioning the Tandon family.
Police Suspect Manmeet
The police ask the Tandon family to contact Manmeet.
Vishwas immediately calls Manmeet, but she does not answer.
Her silence makes the police suspicious.
Aarambhi approaches the officers and defends Manmeet. She firmly says that Manmeet could never do anything like this.
Dimple then questions Aarambhi about where she has been.
Vishwas also makes a comment about Aarambhi’s absence.
Aarambhi responds by telling Vishwas that she has already sent him a voice note. She explains that Soundarya’s condition has deteriorated and refers to the situation.

This episode finally brings Vishwas’s long-running manipulation into the open, at least for Aarambhi. His performance in front of the family and police is particularly chilling because he pretends to be worried about her while secretly admitting that he is taking revenge.
The fake video is the biggest twist of the episode. Aarambhi has no idea how anyone could have created such footage, while everyone around her is ready to believe what they see on screen. Dhruv asking the police to verify the video is the one voice of reason in the chaos.
The most emotional moment comes with Vihaan. Aarambhi trying to reassure him that she will return, only for Vishwas to pull him away, makes her arrest even more painful.
And then comes the Mangalsutra moment. Aarambhi removing it while remembering Vishwas’s behaviour quietly signals that suspicion is beginning to take shape in her mind.
Now the real question is not whether Aarambhi is innocent — we know she is. The question is whether she can find enough proof to expose the person who has carefully constructed this entire trap.
