Mannat 6th October 2026 Written Update: Dua Rejects Dhairya After He Confesses to Killing Neetu and Yashika

Today’s episode of Mannat begins with Dhairya confronting Vikrant and explaining why he abducted Dua.

Dhairya tells Vikrant that he wanted him to experience the pain of losing someone he loves. He believes Vikrant will never understand his pain until he loses Dua himself.

Vikrant is shocked that Dhairya still does not seem to regret what he has done.

Dhairya admits that he is guilty, but says he should have killed Vikrant when he had the chance.

He points a gun at Vikrant and declares that he will kill him today and finally free himself from his guilt.

Dhairya confidently asks who will stop him.

Dua is horrified.

She looks at Dhairya, the man she once considered her superhero, and struggles to understand how he has changed so completely.

Mannat Tries to Stop Dhairya

Mannat immediately pushes the gun down.

She then questions Roni about why he brought Dua there.

Roni explains that Dua came after hearing the sound of a gunshot.

The situation becomes increasingly violent as Vikrant and Dhairya clash.

Vikrant finally shouts that Dhairya murdered Neetu and Yashika.

Dua desperately tries to separate them.

Vikrant stops fighting because he does not want Dua to get hurt.

Dhairya, though, pushes Dua down.

He reminds Vikrant that Neetu had previously come between them to protect him.

Dhairya then asks who will come to save Vikrant today.

Dua realizes that she has to protect her father.

Dua Gives the Gun to Mannat

Dua picks up the gun and gives it to Mannat.

She tells Mannat that Vikrant is innocent and asks her to save him.

Dua believes Mannat can shoot Dhairya without fear because he is trying to hurt an innocent person.

She reminds Dhairya of something he once taught her — that a gun can be used for self-defence.

Dhairya is stunned that Dua has turned against him.

He asks her how she could do this to him.

Dua makes it clear that she is giving the gun to Mannat only to warn him because he is wrong.

The situation becomes even more tense when Ankit thinks that Dhairya may not be able to do anything anymore.

He considers taking action.

Mallika calls the police for help.

Ankit then drops his plan and leaves.

Dhairya Confesses the Truth

Dhairya finally admits the truth to Dua.

He confesses that he murdered Neetu and Yashika.

He says that they tried to separate Dua from him.

Dua is shattered.

She looks at Dhairya and raises her hand towards him.

Vikrant immediately stops fighting when he sees Dua because he loves his daughter and does not want her to get hurt.

Dhairya, though, pushes Dua down again.

That moment becomes the final breaking point for her.

Dua realizes that Dhairya could never truly have loved her if he was capable of hurting her like this.

She recalls how Dhairya accused her parents while hiding his own crimes.

Now she knows the truth.

Dhairya is a murderer.

He killed Neetu and Yashika.

He lied to her.

He betrayed her trust.

Dua Rejects Dhairya

Dua becomes overwhelmed by everything she has learned.

She says that she loved Dhairya more than she loved her parents.

She trusted him completely.

She believed that God had blessed her with the love of two fathers.

Now that entire belief has been shattered.

Dua cannot understand how Dhairya could betray her and destroy her family.

She tells him that she hates him.

She makes it clear that he is no longer her Baba.

Dua says that she will never love him again.

She then runs away.

Dhairya is left completely heartbroken.

The person whose love he wanted more than anything has finally rejected him.

Mannat Calls Out Dhairya

Mannat confronts Dhairya.

She tells him that he has lost Dua’s love today.

Dua’s love for him was completely pure.

She says he has now lost the love, respect and trust that Dua once gave him.

Mannat tells Dhairya that he has nothing left to achieve because he destroyed the one relationship that mattered most to him.

She makes it clear that she will never forgive him for what he did to her daughter.

Vikrant also confronts Dhairya.

He says that he is happy because Dhairya’s true face has finally been revealed to Dua.

Dhairya, though, refuses to accept responsibility for losing Dua.

He blames Vikrant.

He asks whether Vikrant is happy now that Dua hates him.

Dhairya questions what Vikrant has done to him and why he always destroys his happiness.

Vikrant gives him a fitting response.

He says that unlike Dhairya, he is not insecure.

He is Dua’s father.

Dhairya Blames Vikrant for Everything

Dhairya calls Vikrant selfish.

He accuses him of snatching Dua away from him.

Dhairya says that Dua was the only person left in his life.

He laughs bitterly at his own situation and calls himself a fool.

He even blames his wife for the way he has become.

Vikrant immediately warns him not to make any comments about his wife.

Dhairya then reveals the depth of his obsession.

He says that he loved only one woman in his life, but Vikrant separated him from her.

Vikrant reminds him that Mannat never belonged to Dhairya.

Dhairya cannot accept that he has lost both Mannat and Dua.

The episode ends with his bitterness continuing to grow.

Precap

In the upcoming episode, Dhairya decides to surrender himself to the police.

Before doing so, he asks Mannat not to let Dua hate him.

Mannat refuses to make any promises.

She tells him that she cannot give him that guarantee because it is Dua’s decision.

Review

This is easily one of the most important episodes in Dhairya’s downfall.

The biggest emotional blow does not come from Mannat or Vikrant — it comes from Dua. She trusted Dhairya blindly, called him her superhero and believed she had the love of two fathers. His confession destroys that entire world for her in one moment.

Dhairya pushing Dua down is also the point where his claim of loving her completely collapses. Whatever justification he gives, his actions show the opposite.

Mannat’s words hit hard because Dhairya did not merely lose a battle with Vikrant. He lost Dua’s respect and unconditional love — something that cannot be forced or manipulated.

And the precap finally shows Dhairya taking responsibility by surrendering to the police. But his request to Mannat proves that even after everything, he still wants Dua’s love back.

The question now is whether Dua will ever be able to forgive the man she once called her Baba.
