Tum Dena Saath Mera 7th October 2026 Written Update: Rakshit Struggles Financially as Aradhya Plots for Vivaan
The 7th October 2026 episode of Tum Dena Saath Mera brings new challenges for Rakshit and Aparajita after they leave the Bharadwaj house together. While Aparajita’s family warmly welcomes Rakshit, he quietly worries about how he will survive without his old lifestyle and financial security. At the same time, Aradhya begins making plans to secure Vivaan’s future in the Bharadwaj family, while Sudha continues struggling with the fact that Rakshit has chosen Aparajita over her.
Aparajita’s Family Welcomes Rakshit
The episode begins with Avinash asking Rakshit to stay with them.
Rakshit hesitates, unsure about accepting the family’s hospitality. But before he can say much, Aparajita’s family surrounds him and hugs him warmly.
Aparajita watches the scene with a smile.
Rakshit looks at the family and jokingly calls them a crazy family.
The moment brings some lightness to what has otherwise been an emotionally difficult phase for him.
Rakshit may have left behind his old home, but he is beginning to realise that he has entered a completely different kind of family — one that is ready to accept him without conditions.
Sheela Tries to Push Mohit Forward
On the other side, Sheela speaks to Mohit.

Mohit is confused and asks what exactly she means.
Sheela explains that she is only thinking about his well-being.
Mohit, though, insists that nobody can take Rakshit’s place in the Bharadwaj house.
Sheela argues that Rakshit does not care about the business anymore. According to her, that is precisely why he has left the house with Aparajita.
Mohit quietly remarks that perhaps he should have left the house with Raveena as well.
He then walks inside.
Sheela is left thinking that Mohit is useless.
Unfortunately, Aradhya overhears the entire conversation.
She immediately begins thinking about the future of the Bharadwaj family.
Aradhya believes that Vivaan should eventually sit on the throne of the Bharadwaj family.
And she already knows what she needs to do to make that happen.
Sudha Misses Rakshit
Meanwhile, Sudha remains worried about Rakshit.
She thinks about calling him but stops herself.
She feels that she cannot be the one to call her son after everything that has happened.
Just then, Aradhya arrives with milk and medicine.
She asks Sudha to at least drink the milk.
Sudha refuses.
Aradhya then begins talking about her own life.
She says that she never received love while growing up. She had hoped that marriage would allow her to create a new world of her own, but even that dream was ruined.
Aradhya then delivers another blow.
She tells Sudha that Rakshit and Aparajita are happily enjoying themselves at Malti’s house.
Sudha is shocked to hear this.
The information only deepens her pain.
Aparajita Worries About Rakshit
At Malti’s house, Rashmi asks Aparajita what is wrong.
Aparajita admits that she is scared.
Rashmi is surprised because she has never seen Aparajita afraid of difficulties before. She asks her when she started becoming scared.
Aparajita explains that she has faced every kind of difficulty in life, so she is not afraid of challenges themselves.
Her real worry is Rakshit.
His lifestyle has always been completely different from theirs, and Aparajita does not know how he will adjust to his new circumstances.
She also remembers that Rakshit himself admitted that he may not be able to give her the comfortable life she deserves.
Yet Aparajita makes it clear that his support is far more valuable to her than material comfort.
For her, having Rakshit beside her matters more than anything he can buy.
Rakshit Secretly Worries About Money
Rakshit, meanwhile, is facing a reality he never had to deal with before.
He speaks to Dubey and tells him that he may have to sell his phone just to survive.
He asks Dubey how much he could get for it as a second-hand phone.
Dubey tries to reassure him and tells him that everything will eventually be fine.
Rakshit is not so optimistic.
He says that either everything will become fine or everything will end.
He admits that he has nothing at the moment and does not know how he is going to manage.
The biggest problem, though, is that he does not want Aparajita to see how worried he is.
He does not want her to feel that she has become a burden or that leaving his old life was a mistake.
Rakshit therefore keeps his financial anxiety to himself.
Just then, Malti calls everyone for dinner.
Aradhya Manipulates Sudha
Back at the Bharadwaj house, Aradhya continues playing on Sudha’s emotions.
She tells Sudha that she could not stay at Malti’s house and that this was the reason she left.
Sudha asks whether Aradhya has eaten.
Aradhya lies and says that she has not.
Sudha immediately tells the servant to bring food to Aradhya’s room.
Aradhya realises that she has managed to get Sudha to care for her again.
Sudha tells Aradhya that she is both her daughter and her daughter-in-law.
She then feeds her.
Aradhya asks Sudha not to forget her medicine before leaving.
Sheela overhears the entire exchange.
She warns Sudha not to trust Aradhya.
But Sudha defends Aradhya instead.
Sudha still believes that Aradhya cares for her, making it easier for Aradhya to manipulate her emotions.
Rakshit and Aparajita Get Electrocuted
Later, Rakshit goes to charge his phone.
Unfortunately, things go hilariously wrong.
Rakshit gets an electric shock.
Aparajita comes towards him, misunderstanding what is happening. Rakshit is moving around because of the shock, and Aparajita ends up getting shocked as well.
The two of them are left struggling with the electric current.
The family sees them and initially assumes that they are simply romancing each other.
Rashmi, though, quickly realises what is actually happening.
Everyone rushes to save them.
Once they are safe, Malti tells everyone to stop worrying and come eat.
The incident provides some much-needed comic relief amid all the serious family tension.
Yet Rakshit is still thinking about home.
He misses Sudha.
Malti Gives Rakshit Motherly Love
During dinner, Malti notices that Rakshit’s hand has been injured.
She immediately takes care of him and feeds him.
Rakshit becomes emotional and jokes that he is receiving motherly love from his mother-in-law.
The moment is touching because Rakshit has lost the comfort of his old home, yet he is slowly discovering that affection can come from unexpected places.
Aparajita watches the scene.
She knows Rakshit is trying his best to adjust to this new life.
Sudha’s Pain Continues
Meanwhile, Sudha remains lost in her thoughts.
She remembers how much she loved Rakshit — perhaps more than she loved herself.
Yet she feels that Rakshit abandoned her for Aparajita.
Sudha believes that one day Rakshit will realise that nobody can love him the way she does.
Her pain comes from a mother’s possessiveness as much as from the loss of her son’s presence.
She is unable to accept that Rakshit has chosen a life outside the one she imagined for him.
The episode ends with Rakshit trying to settle into his new reality while Sudha remains emotionally trapped in the past.

Review: Rakshit’s New Life Is Already Testing Him
This episode nicely shows the reality of Rakshit and Aparajita’s decision to leave the Bharadwaj house. Walking away from family control may feel liberating, but Rakshit is now discovering the practical side of that decision. He has gone from worrying about business to wondering whether he should sell his phone just to manage.
What works especially well is that Rakshit hides his anxiety from Aparajita because he does not want her to feel guilty. And Aparajita is doing exactly the same thing in reverse — she is worried about him but does not want him to feel that she expects a comfortable life.
That makes their relationship feel more genuine.
Aradhya, meanwhile, is quietly becoming a bigger problem. Her plan to put Vivaan on the Bharadwaj throne suggests that the family politics are far from over.
And then there is Sudha. She is still convinced that Rakshit will eventually realise that nobody can love him like she does. Sadly, she is forgetting one tiny detail: Rakshit has already chosen the person he wants beside him.
