Avinash tells Chandrika that they have no proof against Samar. Vasudha says Samar can’t change his evil truth. Dev says if Samar’s ego gets hurt, then he will fume and expose his true colours. Chandrika agrees. Samar asks Birju why he called him. Chandrika comes there. She says she wants to talk to him. Samar goes with her for a talk. She asks why he wants to marry Phool.
Dev and Vasudha record their conversation. Samar tells that he wants a nice girl, Phool isn’t educated, but she is beautiful and good-valued, he wants to settle with her. She thinks he is giving calm and clever answers. She says she knows him well; he can never change, he wants to take revenge, and he is using Phool. He asks if she wants to do a deal with him. She says yes. She asks what he wants.

The latest episode delivers a strong mix of romance, suspense and family politics, with Chandrika finally taking a clever approach to expose Samar. The episode also gives Dev and Vasudha a sweet moment, even as Phool’s misunderstanding becomes increasingly dangerous.
Phool’s belief that Dev may love her is painful to watch because she genuinely interprets his accidental hand-holding as a romantic gesture. Her excitement when she tells Vasudha that Dev has promised to stop her engagement shows how deeply she has convinced herself that her feelings are being reciprocated. The track works because Phool isn’t behaving maliciously; she is simply reading Dev’s actions through the lens of her own love.
Dev’s explanation to Vasudha is equally amusing and awkward. He admits that he thought he was holding Vasudha’s hand, which naturally leaves her offended. Her question about whether he cannot distinguish his wife’s hand from someone else’s perfectly captures her irritation. The fake parents also remain an important loose end. Samar is still paying the actors to continue pretending to be his parents, proving that he intends to maintain his deception during the engagement ceremony.
Overall, this is a very entertaining episode because the power keeps shifting. Chandrika appears to win, then Samar turns the situation around, and finally Chandrika quietly changes strategy instead of giving up.
The biggest strength is Samar himself. He remains dangerous because he doesn’t panic when exposed. He immediately searches for another way to manipulate the family.
The weakest part is Phool’s continued suffering. She is being pushed towards a marriage she does not want while everyone around her is busy fighting their own battles. Hopefully, the upcoming engagement track gives her agency rather than keeping her trapped in the misunderstanding about Dev.
The final sequence is a particularly good cliffhanger: Chandrika welcomes the very man she is secretly planning to destroy. Samar thinks he has won, but viewers know Chandrika is not surrendering.
