Bareilly Ke Bacchan 8th October 2026 Written Update: Sangam Searches for Ganga’s Match as Aarti Decides to Meet Him
The episode begins with the tension from the previous events continuing as Bhushan approaches Ajab. In front of Ajab, Bhushan tells Pooja’s father that the Bacchan brothers had gone to his house with a marriage proposal for Ganga. They wanted to ask for Aarti’s hand for Ganga, but instead of welcoming the proposal, Bhushan criticises Ajab and questions the way he has brought up his family.
Bhushan goes a step further and says that the Bacchan sons are paying for the sins of their father. His comments clearly hit a sensitive point, making the situation even more uncomfortable for Ajab.
Ajab decides to leave on his bicycle, but Pooja’s father refuses to let him go. He deliberately brings his auto in front of Ajab and blocks his way. Ajab gets into an argument with him and makes it clear that he will not quietly accept the humiliation.
The confrontation takes another turn when Satluj arrives. The moment Pooja’s father and Bhushan see him, they become nervous. Satluj takes charge of the situation and takes Ajab away from there before things can escalate further.
Sangam Understands Ganga’s Concern
Sangam later goes to meet Ganga and asks her not to remain upset with his brothers. He takes responsibility for what happened and admits that taking the brothers to Bhushan’s house was his decision.
Sangam explains that he made that decision because he genuinely believed that Ganga and Aarti liked each other. He wants to understand what Ganga actually feels and directly asks her whether she likes Aarti.
Ganga does not deny her feelings. She admits that she does like Aarti, but she is quick to clarify that liking someone does not automatically mean that they can get married.
For Ganga, the bigger concern is Aarti’s dignity. She does not want Aarti to face humiliation or be insulted because of her. Ganga knows that the family situation is complicated, and she does not want her feelings to become the reason Aarti has to suffer.
She also reminds Sangam that he is supposed to marry Jyoti. Her comment brings the conversation back to his own complicated marriage situation.

Sangam Apologises to His Brothers
Sangam later meets the Bacchan brothers and apologises for the trouble caused by his decision. He explains that Ganga believes he is going to marry Jyoti.
Sangam reveals that Ganga has not told him that Jyoti has rejected him. Because of this misunderstanding, Ganga still believes that Sangam’s future is tied to Jyoti.
The brothers discuss the situation among themselves. Satluj comes up with a practical solution. He tells Sangam that Ganga’s wedding should happen before Aarti’s wedding.
Sangam understands the logic behind his brother’s suggestion. If Ganga gets married first, the complicated situation surrounding Aarti and Ganga could become easier to handle.
Sangam decides that it is time to seriously look for a suitable match for Ganga. He turns to the internet and begins searching for prospective brides. Soon, he comes across two girls and sends requests to them.
It is a rather unexpected move from Sangam, who until now has been caught up in everyone else’s relationships and family problems. Now, he is trying to actively find a future for Ganga.
Krishna Reminds Sangam About His Dreams
Krishna later talks to Sangam and tells him to focus on his own dreams as well. Sangam has spent so much time worrying about Ganga and the rest of the family that his own goals have taken a back seat.
Sangam listens to Krishna and agrees.
The conversation gives Sangam a reminder that while he wants to solve everyone else’s problems, he cannot completely forget about his own life.
A New Morning Brings Another Family Moment
The next morning, Sangam sees Ganga talking to Mahi. He jokingly tells Ganga that he thought she would stop talking to everyone because she was upset with his brothers.
Ganga makes it clear that whatever happened, she and the family will continue talking to each other. She does not want one disagreement to create a permanent distance between them.
Soon, Ganga notices Satluj and Krishna arguing. She steps in before their argument can become bigger and offers them tea. Her simple gesture helps calm the situation.
Sangam notices this and tells Ganga that she should also offer tea to Ajab. He reminds her that Ajab was angry with her after what happened the previous day.
Ganga agrees and decides to speak to Ajab.
Sangam also approaches Ajab with tea and asks if he is still upset with her. Ajab, instead of continuing the anger, tells Sangam that she is thinking too much. He even offers her a samosa.
The small gesture changes the mood between them.
Sangam later offers a samosa to Mahi as well, bringing another light moment into the household after all the tension.
Sangam Finds a Match for Ganga
Sangam then tells Krishna that a girl has responded online regarding Ganga’s marriage proposal. He appears hopeful about the possibility of finding a suitable match.
He approaches Ganga and asks whether they can go and meet the girl.
Ganga listens to him but immediately brings up the same concern again. She asks Sangam about Jyoti.
Her question shows that the issue is still unresolved in her mind. No matter how much Sangam tries to move forward with Ganga’s future, she continues to believe that he is committed to marrying Jyoti.
The episode ends with this question hanging between them.

This episode does a good job of moving the Ganga-Aarti track forward without forcing an immediate resolution. Ganga clearly likes Aarti, but she is also mature enough to understand that feelings alone cannot decide a marriage. Her biggest concern is that Aarti should not be humiliated because of her, and that makes her hesitation understandable.
Sangam, on the other hand, has suddenly become the family’s unofficial marriage bureau! His decision to search online for Ganga’s match is amusing, but it also shows how determined he is to untangle the complicated situation.
The Ajab-Satluj confrontation adds some much-needed family drama, while the tea-and-samosa moments bring the episode back to a lighter mood. The real curiosity now lies with Aarti. Why is she coming to meet Sangam, and will she finally reveal what she feels?
