Dr. Aarambhi 8th October 2026 Written Update: Vishwas Traps Manmeet as Aarambhi’s Fate Hangs in the Balance
The 8th October episode of Dr. Aarambhi takes Aarambhi’s murder case to another disturbing stage as Vishwas manipulates Manmeet into giving a false statement. While Aarambhi continues to believe that Vishwas is trying to save her for Vihaan’s sake, he is actually determined to ensure that she remains behind bars.
With Manmeet’s testimony now working against Aarambhi, her chances of proving her innocence become even slimmer.
Aarambhi Wants to Meet Manmeet
The episode begins with a police constable informing Vishwas and Aarambhi that Manmeet has arrived.
Aarambhi immediately asks permission to meet Manmeet.
She believes that Manmeet knows the truth and hopes that she can convince her to tell the police what actually happened. Aarambhi is confident that once Manmeet gives her statement, the truth about Sunny’s death will come out.
The constable, though, reminds Aarambhi that she is an accused in the case.
He tells her that she cannot simply meet anyone without the proper procedures being followed.
Vishwas then tells Aarambhi that he will go and speak to Manmeet himself.
Aarambhi agrees.

Balbir Defends Aarambhi
Elsewhere, Dimple and Nandita discuss Aarambhi’s arrest.
They continue to believe that Aarambhi is responsible for Sunny’s murder.
Balbir arrives at the Tandon house and immediately defends Aarambhi.
He insists that Aarambhi is innocent and refuses to accept the allegations against her.
Dimple and Nandita question Balbir about why he has come.
Balbir explains that he wants to speak to Suneel regarding Aarambhi.
Dimple and Nandita, though, make their position clear.
They tell Balbir that they will stand by the truth and will make sure that Aarambhi faces the consequences if she is guilty.
Their words make it clear that they have already made up their minds about Aarambhi.
Balbir realizes that there is little point in arguing with them.
He leaves without being able to change their opinion.
Vishwas Manipulates Manmeet
Vishwas finally meets Manmeet.
Manmeet is confused and asks him what is happening.
She wants to know why Aarambhi has been arrested for Sunny’s murder.
Vishwas then shows her the video that supposedly shows Aarambhi murdering Sunny.
Manmeet immediately understands what has happened.
She realizes that Vishwas has framed Aarambhi in place of Raj.
Manmeet confronts him.
She wants to know why he is doing this.
Vishwas gives her his justification.
He tells Manmeet that he made a promise to protect Raj.
He then makes a deeply insulting statement about Aarambhi, claiming that women like her believe they are smarter than their husbands and need to be shown their place.
Manmeet refuses to accept this.
She tells Vishwas that she will go to the police and reveal the truth.
But Vishwas has already anticipated her reaction.
Vishwas Forces Manmeet Into an Impossible Choice
Vishwas warns Manmeet that if she tells the police what really happened, Raj’s life will be ruined.
He reminds her that Raj saved her life from Sunny.
Vishwas then puts the responsibility entirely on Manmeet.
He asks her to choose between exposing the truth and destroying Raj’s life or remaining silent and allowing Aarambhi to take the blame.
Manmeet is left trapped between her conscience and her desire to protect Raj.

Dhruv Tries to Warn Aarambhi
Meanwhile, Dhruv meets Aarambhi in prison.
Aarambhi’s first concern is Vihaan.

Aarambhi Thinks Manmeet Will Tell the Truth
A lady constable soon arrives and informs Aarambhi that Manmeet is going to give her statement to the police.
Aarambhi immediately becomes hopeful.
She assumes that Manmeet is finally going to reveal what really happened and clear her name.
For the first time, she believes that her nightmare in prison may soon be over.
But the reality is very different.
Manmeet Gives a False Statement
Manmeet stands before the police and looks toward Aarambhi.
Deep inside, she apologises to her.
She knows that what she is about to say is not the complete truth.
Manmeet tells the police that Aarambhi must have learned that Sunny was domestically abusing her and came to check on her.
She explains that Sunny was hurting her.
According to Manmeet’s statement, Aarambhi pushed Sunny in an attempt to save her.
Sunny then fell against the table and died.
Aarambhi is shocked.
She immediately asks Manmeet to tell the truth.
She wants Manmeet to reveal what really happened.
But the police inspector stops her.
He tells Aarambhi that she cannot pressure the witness while the statement is being recorded.

This episode is painful because Aarambhi is still defending the very person who is working against her.
Her belief that Vishwas is trying to save her for Vihaan makes his betrayal even more disturbing. He knows exactly how much Aarambhi trusts him and uses that trust to manipulate Manmeet.
Manmeet’s position is equally tragic. She knows Aarambhi is being framed, but Vishwas places Raj’s future in front of her and forces her to make an impossible choice. Her false statement may protect Raj for now, but it pushes an innocent woman deeper into trouble.
The biggest problem for Aarambhi is that she has almost no one left who can immediately prove her innocence.
And now the precap finally changes the dynamic.
Vishwas is going to confess the truth to Aarambhi.
After everything she has believed about him, this confrontation could completely shatter her trust — and Aarambhi is unlikely to stay silent once she realizes she has been deliberately sacrificed.
