Karan and Nandini’s opening scene gives the episode its emotional warmth. After all the conflict between them, Karan promising to stand beside Nandini shows that their relationship has genuinely shifted. Tulsi’s happiness at seeing them together also feels satisfying because she has been pushing them towards understanding each other.
But the real drama begins with Mandira.
Her discovery through the CCTV footage is exactly the kind of development that makes her panic understandable. She knows what Anupam is trying to do, and the moment she realises Mihir is heading towards Mumbai, she does not waste time. Booking a flight immediately shows just how seriously she views the threat to her carefully maintained situation.
Mihir’s encounter with Gautam is another classic near miss. He recognises the face but cannot place it, and just when he decides to investigate, the doctor’s call pulls him away. The show is clearly enjoying making everyone stand within touching distance of the truth without quite letting them reach it.
